The Congress helps in running the country by performing different roles. The Congress is one of the primary arms of the government and is a powerful executive of the state. The congress is usually made up of different members elected by majority people to represent them in making policies and laws that will help in governing the country. The legislature in most cases passes laws that serve the people who elected them and working under their mandate. The congress is allowed to support all the work involved in overseeing all the agencies. All processes and procedures used should be just and genuine so that everybody involved in the scenario is okay, not opposed to the actions of the Congress . The presence of congress was supposed to ensure that oversight activities risen can act according to the rules and regulations of the system provided by strategic intelligence. Some of the provisions proposed were mostly offered in the most precise and strange manner.
