In the healthcare fields patients should always be treated with respect despite their gender, race, religion, age, economic status, or appearance. As a future medical assistant I will always treat my patients with respect. Culture diversity is important in a healthcare facility.
In the health care fields there are different genders. A patient should not be treated any differently. As a medical assistant I will treat all Genders equally and show respect to all of my patients. One scenario is if I have a patient that is a female the patient that is a male after her will get the same equal treatment. One’s gender does not define them.

Someone’s age should not define the type of care they receive. Often times you see elderly patients mistreated or not put as a priority. I will treat all of my patients equally not matter their age. Every life matters, everyone deserves the best treatment and care. I will all of my patients needs young or old.
