Watching Erin Brockovich movie I believe what made her so effective was her resiliency after spending time unemployed, but once she found a job and was about to begin work In her field Erin’s resourcefulness including her dedication, the effort she put forth in finding the best solution for the victims made her and exceptional talent at her position. Erin worked extremely hard on the given case to get justice or to the proper solution for the victims no matter how they treated her on the front end. Erin was a very passionate person about her work and the people involved. Erin also had a bit of a feisty temper toward those who doubt or put limitations on her abilities which I felt was needed because of her past, where she came from and how

Psychologists usually agree that the teenage years are among the most difficult periods in one’s life. Most teens are trying to figure who they are, what they believe, and how they fit into the world around them. Beginning in the late 1970’s, a whole genre of fiction, referred to as coming-of- age literature, emerged and serves, at least for many teens, as believable presentations of young people learning to navigate the difficulties of their lives, often fraught with feelings of rejection, seemingly unresolvable personal turmoil, social problems, school and family issues, etc. Indeed one value of reading is to see and better understand some aspects of ourselves through studying others. The reading of SPEAK, a somewhat controversial book because of its subject matter – rape--, is a worthwhile endeavor in any middle school classroom and offers many valuable life lessons to young teens.
Other female co-workers do not approve of her attire and the cleavage that she shows. Women in the office don't include Erin in going out to lunch and even helping her out when she asks for assistance. Once when she asked for assistance, the women refused to help her stating that if she doesn't know the job yet, that is her problem. The women treat her poorly, but I think that they are surprised at the person she really is and what a dedicated hard worker she is.
Her visibility, eloquence, and confidence made her a valuable community advocate and resource. “She described her as a courageous person. "She just had so much dignity and I think that's why people just loved Jessie because she was just such an inspiration to everybody,”" Her personality makes her supporter for in love with her, it gives her the courage to do the unknown.
Talia Leman has good character because she likes helping everyone out. Talia is courageous because in the article Inspire my kids.com, it said, “One day, she was watching TV and saw Hurricane Katrina in the news. She felt sad for the people in the hurricane and wanted to help. She set a goal of raising $1 million and came up with a plan. Her plan was called “TLC” – Trick-or-treating for the Levee Catastrophe. It worked, better than she ever thought – instead of $1 million, she raised $10 million!” So if you want to know someone who is courageous and a good helper: Talia Leman is the person. Another reason how Talia has good character
She constantly had cool idea that someday I am probably going to end up using. For example, when she realized her students were struggling with math problems, she made up a cha cha dance of all the steps, had them start learning it with their feet and then had them pretend their pencils were their feet. They could all remember the steps after something as simple as a cha cha dance! Although creativity in a classroom does take a good chunk of time, once they see and understand, it will stick! Her creativity and ability to draw in students, I believe, is what made her the effective teacher that she was. Her students, at home, were getting nothing. Most came from drugs and gang violence, and had poor role models probably for their whole
Based on a true story, the movie ‘Lone Survivor’ features four Navy SEALs that set out on a mission to Afghanistan with orders to capture and kill Taliban leader Ahmad Shah. The Navy SEALS are detected by villagers and the mission was compromised. Ultimately, the mission had been discovered and the men found themselves surrounded by dozens of Taliban soldiers. One of the Navy SEAL soldiers managed to dispatch to base and retrieve assistance but the Taliban shoot down the helicopter. During battle, three of the Navy SEAL soldiers were killed leaving one still alive.
Erin is dressed in very informal wear, low cut top, excessive cleavage showing. She does not seem dressed for an interview; this gives us the impression that she either doesn't understand this principle, or these are her best clothes! Her makeup is also very much not appropriate, blue mascara. The interviewer is wearing typical doctor's clothing. The sound of the dialogue is what is concentrated on in the scene, however we can hear the sound of traffic from outside of the office.
Clint Eastwood’s film “Gran Torino” traces the end of the life of Walt Kowalski. He has recently gone through a lot – the death of his beloved wife, his distant relationship with his son, his emotional scars from the Korean War and his bad health. All these things stop him from living a proper life. He doesn’t care about himself much – he smokes even though he is sick, he doesn’t eat a lot, he refuses to confess even though that was his wife’s last wish. However, all this changes when he meets the Hmong Family that lives next door. At the beginning he detests them because of their similarity to the Koreans, but later, as he gets to know them, they become the family that he was never able to have. The story traces the psychological changes in Walt’s character due to his unusual bond with the Hmong family, which changes are one of the main strengths of the film.
what is Grit? Grit is firmness of character or having an indomitable spirit, in other words grit is believing in ourselves and having hunger to succeed. I believe grit is something real and truly makes a difference in anything you do. In the passage the “Significance of Grit” Angela Duckworth speaks about how some people have a trait that leads them to succeed over others and she calls it grit. Me being a student,I can totally see where she is coming from because you need to have an internal flame that roars inside of you to see what you are actually capable of. I had never really heard of the word grit in the academic world until taking this class, I thought grit and being smart where the same thing but that’s not the case.I believe everyone shares this trait but they show it in different tasks Many times I have been resilient and gritty in an academic environment without even knowing.
...She has the ability to recognize and utilize the talent around her, and is able to admit mistakes and learn from them. She demonstrates the desire to learn on a daily basis and earned her master’s degree late in her career. She remains relevant within her skill set which continues to keep her credible to those around her (Covey, 2006).
Good day to all humans. Let me tell you first this is not Lady Khokarjamal69. This is an alien who lives on Earth but belongs to Uranus. I am sorry to Miss Hillary that she won't see more blogs from that human lady. I just started this blog because I have nothing to do.
