Love stories. We all like them. We all want our love life to be like the Nicholas Sparks movies where we get the man or woman of our dreams. It makes us think about what we want to have one day. When Mrs. Wesbecher said we are going to watch a movie that was based on Romantic Literature, I got excited. I definitely thought that it was going to be just like a Nicholas Sparks movie. Why I thought that knowing that the Romantic Literature was from centuries ago, I’m not sure. After watching this movie, this was nothing like an entering, pull on the heartstrings kind of movie. Keats seems kind. He seems that he actually cares about other people and is selfless. He knew he could not be in a relationship with Franny because he was not financially stable to have a wife. He did not want to put his wife through wondering if they were going to have dinner or not or be able to get the things they need. He also sent love letters to Franny. He wanted her to know that he was still thinking about her and still cared. You could automatically see that he wanted this to work the fact that he went away to work to get money for their future but was still making sure to be able to communicate with her. Franny seems like someone who loves hard. Once Keats went away, she said that when she doesn’t hear from him, it feels like the air gets sucked out from her. Even though John didn’t have money, and she was aware of that, you knew that she was not in it for fame or money. She just wanted love. She could get a little mean and rude sometimes but honestly, I think that was because she was not able to be open and honest about their relationship. I think it would be hard for anyone to be happy all the time when you are told you can’t love the person you already do like because of money. Both, Franny and Keats were easy to understand and follow what they were saying. They were good at showing there was a connection between the two. I would give the acting a 10/10 …show more content…

They were laying in a grassy area and it just happened. It was so peaceful. She looked beautiful in her red and white striped dress. You could tell by the way that they were looking at each other they were in love. He would kiss her and then stop to look at her and then kiss her again. I felt like that is how a first kiss should be. The sound in this scene was so clear and so was the camera angles. Each scene moved cleary. You could hear the slight breeze which made the grass move and rubs against each other a little bit. It made the scene more romantic. Even though it was a small detail, it took the scene to the next level and you could feel the love between
