The Movie was entitled Awakenings. This movie was based on a true story. Penny Marshall is the Director and Story by Oliver Sacks. The screenplay is by Steven Zaillian Penny The one who first encountered Oliver Sack’s book was Walter and Laskers as undergraduate in a University and be an optioned it in a few years.. This movie received different awards like New York Film Critics for Best Actor. Awakenings movie become Box Office and collect $52 million and it distributed by Colombia Pictures. It tells the story of Neurologist Oliver Sacks it discovered the effects of the L-dopa drug. Why? Because it focuses the story of a doctor and a patient who suffered from a disease it is also based on a true story so I think like me it also touches you’re heart. The story of a doctor’s extraordinary work with a group of patient in Bronx Hospital. He apply as a neurologist to help the patients in their cases. And speculating that the disease may become extreme to others. Bronx Hospital is the place were they shoot in that film. He was so attracted to Paula even his mom didn’t know what’s going on. Dr. Sayer smiled at Mrs. Lowe when she talk about it. He’s so happy because Leonard feels what a normal person feel when he is attracted to a girl. Leonard is adjusting in his new life. And the next scene I love is when Lucy sing. I love her voice as much as I love ice cream. So beautiful. And the scene that I didn’t like is when they back to normal. All of them. They became statue again, they didn’t speak again. I feel so sad because I want them to become normal like us to feel what’s different from now and then to ate what food they like. I want it all.
