For chapter 3 it was mainly about physical activity and your experiences with many types of physical activity. Through our personal experiences we are able to see what we like in terms of sports, going to gym, working out and etc. It can also relate to amount of time and practice we put in if we play a sport. To be able to perfect our craft to best of our ability. From our social environment to our personal circumstances, our experience really matters as we grow older. To be able to understand that some people like going to the gym, some don’t, some people like to run and others not so much. As a profession in training, need to understand other peoples needs and desires when it comes to any physical activity. For one I use to have a trainer before in which I would always be asked on what I want to work on and what are the things I don’t do as much. This can be related to our self development and how we learn to like a certain activity even if before we never used to like it. It is important to understand the customers circumstances as well as their drive to work towards an attribute or a goal of theirs. Our physical activity preferences can relate to our past experience, maybe people got injured and don’t like doing a certain workout again. There is also the idea in which the activity isn’t for them in all honesty, it just comes down to preference and our likes and dislikes. For staters capacity, in which our aspects of performance is improved with training. The way you are able to train at a high level translates into your performance for the next game or a showcase. Personally for me when I was on a dance team in high school, practice was the most key element in how I was able to perform and put on the best show to my fullest ability.
