After reading the short story Ten Hours I found many differences and similarities to real life Concentration Camps, but first, if you don’t know about history research shows that you will be “Lost in Time.” As we all know Concentration Camps started in between 1933 and 1945, Also in the short story Ten Hours it takes place in 1942. After looking very closely for similarities between real and and an article I found this. In almost all concentration camps had camp staff other wise know as guards. Now in the article Ten Hours it says guard a lot and also says camp staff, but in real world concentration camps that mentioned guard and camp staff. Another thing that is alike about real and the article is that in the article Ten Hours is talked about the steps to being eventually killed, Now in real life in talks about the same steps. As you can see all the similarities between Ten hours and real life. Like i said earlier there were similarities and DIFFERENCES and this what i found. As i said before if you don’t know about history research shows that you will be “Lost in Time.” If you did not know about happed in the past how would you know how to stop it in the future. Hitler had his way with the concentration camps for years but we all come together to put an end to it, and then someone will try to compare to the real life concentration camps, but no one can can compare not even the writers of Ten hours even though there are many similarities to real life also there a many differences. As you can see I have put a lot of effort into comparing and contrasting between real and made up.
