“The Dark Knight” is the second film in “The Dark Knight Trilogy.” The protagonist of the film is Bruce Wayne/Batman, who is portrayed by Christian Bale. The antagonist of the film is The Joker, who is portrayed by Heath Ledger. The film takes place in Gotham City. At the start of the movie, The Joker and his crew of criminals rob a bank. The majority of the criminals end up killing each other, but the only one to survive is The Joker. He ends up walking away with all the money from the heist. In the meantime, Bruce Wayne wants to put away his Batman suit for good so that he can be with the love of his life Rachel Dawes. District attorney, Harvey Dent, is dating Rachel. Antisocial personality disorder is most effectively managed by “early, effective and appropriate discipline.” (Mayo Clinic Staff) Some disciplines that are helpful include behavior modification, improving problem-solving skills and improving social skills. As mentioned, the best way to improve these skills is by way of therapy. One example of a therapy that could be used is Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, or ABA therapy. This type of therapy “uses tech-niques developed from objective analysis of observable behavior to make changes to socially sig-nificant behaviors that are abnormal or harmful.” (Webster) For the one on one therapy to be truly productive, the client would need consistency throughout home and clinic. Familial input, ques-tions and agreement to work with the therapist to improve these behaviors and problem-solving skills is very important. Another form of therapy that may be helpful in reducing the chance an at-risk child would become an adult with ASPD or to provide an adult with ASPD manageable help is psychotherapy. A psychotherapist is also known as the talk - doctor. This type of therapy has the possibility of including management of anger and violence problems. It also includes “treatment for substance abuse [and] other mental health conditions.” (Mayo Clinic Staff) Even though this type of therapy is one of the most sought after for a person who has this specific dis-order, it is not always a success. A lot of times when the client or patient is older in age and in need of this psychotherapy, but they do not believe anything is wrong with them, is when the possibility that the therapy will not work as desired is
