Antisocial personality disorder is most effectively managed by “early, effective and appropriate discipline.” (Mayo Clinic Staff) Some disciplines that are helpful include behavior modification, improving problem-solving skills and improving social skills. As mentioned, the best way to improve these skills is by way of therapy. One example of a therapy that could be used is Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, or ABA therapy. This type of therapy “uses tech-niques developed from objective analysis of observable behavior to make changes to socially sig-nificant behaviors that are abnormal or harmful.” (Webster) For the one on one therapy to be truly productive, the client would need consistency throughout home and clinic. Familial input, ques-tions and agreement to work with the therapist to improve these behaviors and problem-solving skills is very important. Another form of therapy that may be helpful in reducing the chance an at-risk child would become an adult with ASPD or to provide an adult with ASPD manageable help is psychotherapy. A psychotherapist is also known as the talk - doctor. This type of therapy has the possibility of including management of anger and violence problems. It also includes “treatment for substance abuse [and] other mental health conditions.” (Mayo Clinic Staff) Even though this type of therapy is one of the most sought after for a person who has this specific dis-order, it is not always a success. A lot of times when the client or patient is older in age and in need of this psychotherapy, but they do not believe anything is wrong with them, is when the possibility that the therapy will not work as desired is
For axis 2, antisocial personality disorder our notes say that no treatment for this disorder seems to be effective. Yet about 25 percent of all people with this disorder do receive treatment. It has been eight years since the ending of the previous movie, The Dark Knight. At the end of this movie, Batman took the blame for the people killed by Harvey Dent, the district attorney who set out a war against crime. During The Dark Knight, crime had decreased dramatically because of him and Batman. Numerous criminals were placed in prison because of him. Therefore, Batman took the blame for his murders because he understood that a discovery of Harvey Dent’s killings would allow the numerous criminals that he imprisoned to be set free.

In conclusion, Anti-Social Personality disorder has immense effects on people concerning empathy, violence, and even learning. It is also a very resistant disorder to treat. However, much needs to be learned about this disorder in order to help patients live normal lives, and can even be useful in establishing a treatment context for addressing conditions such as substance abuse, impulsive aggression, and schizophrenia ( Pajerla, 2007).

However, Harvey doesn’t know about the two of them, leaving himself free to be happy with Rachel. Though there is conflict in Bruce Wayne’s eyes between himself and Harvey, he is looking up to Harvey hoping that he will be the savior of Gotham. Bruce Wayne decides that “Gotham needs a hero with a face” (TDK 48) and proceeds to throw a party for Dent in order to get his name out. With Harvey Dent being the big picture, Batman would no longer be needed, meaning that Bruce Wayne could go back to only having one identity.
