In this way, it is similar to psychoanalysis. This is the motivation that influences your subconscious, and takes over daily movements you don’t do on your own such as your psyche, and feelings. On the other hand, Humanistic perspective lets you explore the human mind and there we will find constant motivation and drive to accomplish things. Good or bad everyone has an opinion of themselves and somehow each person see’s there’s room for improvement which is called self-concept. Maslow said that human beings strive for self-actualization, or realization of their full potential, once they have satisfied their more basic needs. He then provided his own account for human personality. Cognitive behavioral therapy was originally designed to treat depression, but is now used for a number of mental disorders. It works to solve current problems and change unhelpful thinking and behavior.
