The right to bear arms is a big issue in the United States of ‘Merica. This right is given to the citizens of the United States of America by the bill of rights. There are both pros and cons, to this amendment. Going by this amendment it is clear that the right to bear arms is a good thing because it gives people a feeling of protection from danger. In many situations people who had a cancelled weapon on them have help saved lives. In certain times ordinary citizens have become heroes by protecting not only themselves but others around them. In colonial times when we fought for Americas independence it wasn’t just the army who fought it was the farmers and towns people who owned guns and defended this country.
