Bottle flipping has taken the world by storm, and now it’s time to decide to flip or to not flip. Bottle flipping increases your attention span, mental and physical strength; and also the amount students drink. Bottle flipping improves physical strength by raging whenever you dont land it or the tiredness of your hand by doing it over and over again. Bottle flipping increases mental strengths, because of the suspense you have to land it, also being able to tone out sounds because of the brain deadness to the sound it makes when it falls over. Bottle flipping can increase your brain juice capacity a.k.a attention span by the focusing on to the bottle and landing it perfectly on the cap or bottom. Bottle flipping increasing your brain juice
...them when they take just one drink of alcohol, even if it is just one shot or one beer, it affect you. Most college student drink to socialize and that is not a good thing to do. When a students, or anyone, drink to be social there are more likely to have more then what they intended. Alcohol will affect the way that students think, feel, act, and socialize with others. Drink is a dangers action to participate in but that is a choice that one needs to make on their own. It is always fun at the time, but at that same time one does not think that they are permanently arming to their bodies. Whether children and teens drink 15,25 or even 30 percent of the alcohol consumed, the reality is that America has an underage drinking epidemic and alcohol is by far the drug most used by children and teens and poses the greatest threat to their well-being” (Underage, CNN.com pg2).

College student drunkenness is far from new and neither are college and university efforts to control it. What is new, however, is the potential to make real progress on this age-old problem based on scientific research results. New research-based information about the consequences of high-risk college drinking and how to reduce it can empower colleges and universities, communities, and other interested organizations to take effective action. Hazardous drinking among college students is a widespread problem that occurs on campuses of all sizes and geographic locations. A recent survey of college students conducted by the Harvard University School of Public Health reported that 44 percent of respondents had drunk more than five drinks (four for women) consecutively in the previous two weeks. About 23 percent had had three or more such episodes during that time. The causes of this problem are the fact that students are living by themselves no longer with parents or guardians; they earn their own money; students need to be a part of a group, be accepted; and they have the wrong idea that to feel drunk is “cool.”

The biggest decision a new mother has to make is not what to name the baby nor is it which hospital to deliver at. The biggest decision to make is in fact whether she is going to breastfeed or formula feed. Many women choose to formula feed because they aren't very educated on breastfeeding or because they feel they can't due to the fact that they failed the first time or times that they tried to do so. If they were aware of all of the benefits of breastfeeding, I feel that more mothers would breastfeed rather than formula feed. Three benefits of breastfeeding are that it is healthy for both mom and baby, it builds a stronger bond, and it is more convenient. If more information is given to new mothers, it would help them make the best
Some of the students may have difficulty with reversal. The instructor talked about the things that we were taught in school comparing it to a watch. The watch no matter what direction that it was turned never changed what it was being called. He talked about Spatial Orientation and gave an example of a lady in a skirt telling her 1st grade students to forget everything that they know, because Spatial Orientation can change depending on how an object is turned, which means that an object’s name can change based off of what it appears to
Mental rotation is another classic cognitive psychology paradigm, which was devised by Roger Shepard at Stanford. To understand how this task works, take a look at the shapes in the top panel (A) of Figure 12.3. The two shapes are the same; the one on the right has been rotated clockwise by about 90°. By contrast, the pair of shapes on the bottom row (B) do not match. If you look carefully, you will notice that they are mirror-

The US Container Recycling Institute estimates that 67 million plastic water bottles are discarded every day, enough plastic water bottles to wrap around the planet 149 times each year. Indeed, plastic water bottles should be banned from use by the public. The usage of water bottles should be suppressed because they are unimaginably dangerous, wasteful, expensive, and rarely recycled.
Notably, water bottles are actually very harmful to our environment for a plethora of reasons. First there size, water bottles take up tons of space in our landfills when we could be recycling them. Every 5 minutes 4 football fields are filled up with water bottles this creates major problems for landfills and makes it so landfills have to take up more precious space in our earth. Next water bottles take up tons of oil to make then we also have to
...nues. None of these arguments actually being true. Bottle bills are a great way to promote recycling and it gives individuals some incentive to help decrease our air pollution and help the environment.
In weight management it is often suggested to trick the mind with a different diet and switching food. This also works with learning habits by finding alternative study ways learning stays fun and intriguing.
Being convenient enough for everyday use and even tasting better to some, plastic bottles are a popular way of consuming beverages. They are convenient and to some people, can even taste better. However, the process of manufacturing and transporting the millions of bottles produced is detrimental to the environment. Continued use of plastic bottles could exponentially hurt the planet.

College students drink and party a great amount. The average student drinks at least three nights a week and that is the weekend. Most sororities and fraternities encourage drinking. The fraternities make their pledges drink and the kids love it. It makes them loosen up and have a good time meeting new people. Drinking is also a good way for students who do not know anybody to meet new people and feel more comfortable when they go into an unfamiliar place with a lot of strangers around. When someone is drunk they feel more comfortable and able to talk to random people they do not know and have a good time. Once someone becomes familiar with certain people or just being drunk around strangers, it becomes a habit and that is when school work starts to not be important anymore. Students who drink start to stop attending classes because they are hung-over, tired because they did not go to bed, or just do not feel like going because they would like to start drinking again.
