Abortion has been a complicated subject that has been questioned thoroughly throughout recent decades. Although abortion has been apart of human history since the beginning of time abortion has reached its conversational apex. The topic of abortion in the previous 50 years has become a controversial subject that has been used amongst political parties in a heated debate to relatives fighting at family reunions. Your stance on abortion is designated on what your highest value is. There are many different opinions on Abortion because it’s a difficult subject that no mortal can truly answer. Although many people attempt to answer this difficult question for others, no one has come up with a solution that satisfies everyone demands.

The more traditionalistic and conservative point of view stems from the group known as the Pro-Life activist who are behind anti-abortion movements. The National Right to Life is one of many pro-life groups and their mission statement says “The mission of National Right to Life is to protect and defend the most fundamental right of humankind, the right to life of every innocent human being from the beginning of life to natural death.” There is a logical explanation to why people believe in Pro-Life. In Abortion and Rape by Judge Andrew Napolitano he wrote about how abortions take on the life of innocent human beings that don't have the opportunity to object to their murder. He explains that it’s immoral to take another life and the declining population is directly related to the increased amount of abortions that is happening in the world today. In a majority of developing worlds abortions are banned due to religious and social reasons. Bans on abortion in developing countries tend to lead to many unnecessary abortion related deaths. Woman carry to term stillborn babies or are denied treatment because of their pregnancy. A woman in Brazil was denied chemotherapy because it was against the law to give her treatment that could lead to a miscarriage. In addition to the Pro-Choice argument in the popular book Freakonomics by Stephen Dubner and Steven Levitt, it's about economic theory and the cause and effects of our world. They wrote about how due to abortions in the 70s and early 80s there was a sudden crime drop in the 90s because of the trial of Roe vs. Wade.
