Recommended: Case management principles

WRITTEN REPORT OUTLINE 12 and 12 is the location of my first practicum. The physical address is 1860 E. 15th Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74104. Practicum was in the Summer of 2017 and it began June 6. 2017 to 7/10/2017. I learned a lot as a result, of my practicum at 12 and 12 Incorporated. Medical and Clinical Facility, which assists 18 and older with substance abuse diagnosis. I set with various professionals who explained in detail of how their organization flows. I observed the following staff in each of their positions. Such as, the Admissions department which consisted of various job duties, for instance, Client Screening, Intake, and Client Assessment, Case Management, Education Counseling, and Residential Treatment Counseling.
