Looking for a job in today’s society is very different compared to a decade ago. When using social media, you would have much more success finding the right match. You can also tell a visual story of who you are off the clock. Post some photos about your personal passions, vacations, the city you live in, and what you do for fun, as long it is all appropriate. When using Instagram, use relevant words in your hashtags that way your photos can be found. For example your industry, (#finance, #sports) or location (#LosAngeles, #Miami).
