Health is by far the most important thing for a human being, so every penny invested on it has to work. This essay is about the study of the current state of American health reforms and why they are desperately required. Secondly the reforms must satisfy everyone who would be affected by any new changes, may it be individuals, departments, states, insurance companies, citizens or the government. Thing which will be beneficial to all the concerned, involved will bring the best outcome of the efforts. Penalty enforced by Obama Care is defiantly going to force people to get insured and will decrease that 50 million, mountain of currently uninsured Americans. Individuals will be penalized with 95$ or 1 percent of the household income and this amount will increase to $695 or 2.5 percent of the household income if they don’t get insured.
With various new rules imposed on Individuals Insurance, like individual’s previous conditioning won’t affect his current state and that no annual limit will be imposed on ten basic health issues like mental health care, maternity coverage and prescription drugs, will defiantly bring good
