My name is Farid Estefan. I am looking for a great experience in High School. I hope to increase my abilities in academics and athletics at Saint John Vianney High School while maintaining good behavior and morals. At Saint John Vianney, I am excited to be a part of clubs because I’ll be able to do what I love with others.
Success in high school requires years of hard work and dedication to excellence. During her four years at Holy Trinity, Yasmeen Ettrick has proved herself to be a successful, and dedicated member of the Holy Trinity community. Yasmeen Ettrick
Wanting to attend Archbishop Mitty High School had never been a question of mine. I aim to go far in life and I am confident that AMHS is the school that will lead me down that path. By shadowing and attending the open house, I noticed that AMHS is like a second home to its members. The positive vibe radiating through its students offers me something to look forward to and another reason to wake up in the morning and go to school. Although I wasn’t a student, I was treated as if I belonged. I enjoyed how I didn’t have to be noteworthy to be accepted. Unlike typical high school movies, I could be myself without worrying about judgmental stares. I am certain many unforgettable memories will be made.
As I am going to high school, I am enveloped with a sense of sadness that I am leaving most of my life and classmates behind and entering an unfamiliar domain. However, I am still confident and enthusiastic about starting a new path that will lead to a new level of academic excellence. To be able to quench the thirst of my knowledge-hungry mind, I must offer it the best education possible. County Prep High School has been recognized as a star academic school that offers top-grade education. Therefore, I am applying for admission into County Prep High School. Me being an overachiever means that I have many goals already set for a successful high school experience and County Prep can help me achieve goals that come afterward.
For years now it’s been my dream to attend Melbourne High School. My two cousins have attended the school in the past five years and I’ve heard how enriching being part of the MHS community can be. They have both become excellent role models for me and now I wish to experience being part of the school’s tradition for myself.
This would be very nice because I always love making new friends and for me, this is a great opportunity. Another great thing is since there are upper class men, I can hopefully learn from them and be more prepared for the 7th and 8th grades. I’m also really excited to have another chance at not only making friends, but possibly meeting teachers. I’ve been loving to meet the teachers in 6th grade, so to be able to meet the 8th grade teachers in advance would be an excellent opportunity. For this to happen would also be great because at the time I don't know a whole lot about the teachers in 8th grade. I’m very excited about being able to meet new people and teachers, so getting into NJHS would be huge opportunity I would be so blessed to have.
Throughout my high school tenure at Roncalli High, I’ve been graced with some of the best teachers around. They have taught me to have pride, passion, and courage in everything that I pursue. Roncalli is a school where excellence is our average and the students are pushed to go farther than they think they can. These specific values have stuck to my heart and I know will carry me through my collegiate years.
My perseverance has prepared me for a career in medicine. The path towards becoming a physician can be long and challenging, necessitating the ability to endure. My ability to bounce back from setbacks and mistakes has solidified throughout my journey. One of the cornerstone experiences of my personal development occurred during high school. My determination led to me my graduating as valedictorian of my class, while balancing three varsity sports and several extracurricular activities. In addition, I worked on weekends to help support my family financially. This persistence resulted in scholarship awards that made higher education a possibility.
There are a lot of reasons why I chose to pursue pharmacy as my career and they all point to the most important reason: pharmacy is a great fit for my life and is something I have become increasingly passionate about. It started when I was researching careers with my parents and my dad suggested pharmacy and, simply put, it sparked my interest because at the time it was one of the few things I thought I would not hate doing. A healthcare career has always been where I put myself in the future, mainly because most of my family members are in the healthcare field. However, I have never been one that could directly help the wounded or deal with anything gory, but am very intrigued by the growing science of pharmacy. As I continue exploring pharmacy, the more I enjoy learning about it and feel like I could excel in this career.
My name Ameenah Yamini, I am now 18 years old. I’m a senior at Frederick Douglass High School. I am the 12th child out of all my brother and sisters. It’s 7 girls and 5 boys, I know I have a big family. I used to live with both of my parents until my daddy died back in 2012, so now it’s just my mom and me. I used to have a job at Papa Johns in Dunwoody but I had to let it go because I have to focus on my school work. All i worry about is school, nothing else.
Golf is a sport of confidence, honesty, and patience. It has taught me to practice these traits in my everyday life. I have more confidence in myself and I know that I will succeed. I am honest even when the truth hurts. I am patient with those around me no matter how annoyed I may be. My name is Evin Edens, and golf is my passion.
Throughout my time in ninth grade up to now, in eleventh grade, I have demonstrated myself as a prodigious character in New Hartford. Qualities such as, respect and responsibility are traits that have been engraved into who I am today. For instance, great respect towards those above me, who I can learn greatly from, such as teachers and bosses, and also for my peers and colleagues. Without a doubt, I recognize myself as kind individual in the community. I put those I strongly care

As a senior at Woodside High School, it is my goal to stay focused so that I will graduate in June, the year of 2015. My grades have always been superior; I have been on the honor roll every marking period since my freshmen year in high school. I am involved in many extracurricular activities that I love participating in to help others. I have previously volunteered at Greenwood Elementary school, and also at my church. Furthermore, I have been involved in certain clubs, cheerleading, as well as the dance magnet for my four years at Woodside High.
I am the youngest out of four of my mother’s children. Since I had the pleasure of being the youngest, many lessons were learned from my younger siblings. So, I carried my wisdom into my school academics and community activities. I am currently a high school senior at Woodrow Wilson High School. Throughout my high school years at Woodrow Wilson I’ve experienced many things. Many of those things that I have experienced, while in high school were productively beneficial to myself and others. As a freshman in high school I was nervous as any other under class student; for this reason it was not until my 10th grade year that I participated in many after school programs. Instead, I focused more on my academics than extra curricular activities. Once I became comfortable with my
