Football is America’s greatest game. One thing I would love to accomplish in the future is to play professional football. First, I have always wanted to play professional football ever since I was little it’s just my thing I have always wanted to do I want to be on Television when I grow up to show what I can do. Second, professional football pays really good money. You get a lot of money by winning football games and super bowls. Last, I love to play football you get to hit people as hard as you want you also, get to run the ball a lot. As can be seen, I would like to experience a professional football game. First of all, I want to go play professional football for a NFL team. I prefer my favorite team also, I would love to play with a lot
One of my future careers are being a NFL player (professional football player) I want to be this because it’s fun and you can hit and tackle people the responsibilities are show respect for team policies and understand your role. If you want to have a good work environment then you have to be on a good team or you have to be really good so you can buy a better work environment. If you want to play football you have to go to college for two or three years or maybe more. The average
Football has been a big part of my life ever since I was a little kid. I almost always tried to play football when I could with my brothers if they weren’t busy messing around. During recess in grade school my class would try to start a football game and I would be the first in to be picked on a team. My first time being on a “football team” was in little league my third grade year and I’ve never missed a year yet now that I am a senior in highschool and I’m hoping to continue it in college. Football made the person who I am today, it changed me in many ways and affected how I am as a person.
Christine Organ says, ”Not only did I not want to be a dream killer, but I was also hesitant to waver from a personal parenting philosophy to enthusiastically encourage controlled risk-taking.” This shows how a mom feelings about ruining her kid’s dreams. It is important to know that kids need a source of support to help them achieve their goals. For example, Christine Organ says, “In other words, while I wouldn’t have thought twice about being a dream killer if my son asked to skydive, I did think twice about being a dream killer when it came to football.” This shows that football is a sport that some kids really love, and it is their dream to play. Kids that want to play football should get the chance to have their parents support in their decision to play. Kids should be allowed to follow their dreams of playing football if that is what they decide to
Before any football player can say they are for sure going to play in the NFL for a career, they might want to consider how likely that will happen. The statistics of a football player going to the NFL are extremely low. The chances of playing college football at the levels of division one (D1) or division two (D2) on scholarship are also slim. The D1 or D2 college levels of football produce the most NFL players. Most high school football players want to play in D1 or D2 football, but the reality is that barely any of them will. There are an estimated 1,093,234 senior high school football players in the United States (“Football”). The astonishing reality is that just 4.2% of those 1,093,234 seniors in high school will play college football at the D1 or D2 level (“Football”). If a football player does get their scholarship to play college football they should feel grateful that they are one of the roughly 45,916 to accomplish that (“Football”). The statistics are now even lower for a college football player that is trying to make it to the NFL. There are only 15,842 college football players eligible for the NFL Draft, which are juniors and seniors (“Football”). Just the tiny number of 1.6% is how many of those draft eligible players will play in the NFL. Many coll...
“If at first you don’t succeed try , try again.” At the age of six I was starting to play football. The game was a hard hitting running and commitment. I was six years old at the time now I’m fourteen a freshman in high school a lot has changed.
I got my degree to fulfill my mother's dream. And now I'm writing this letter to you to fulfill my dream. I understand that I'm facing a tremendous challenge, but I'm confident that I'm up for it. The good ones rely on their athletic ability, but the great ones utilize their mind in order to get the most out of their athletic ability. If you draft me, know that I have no plans on being just
would probably wish to be an athletic star so I could play on any team I wanted.
Football is more than just a contact sport. What are often disregarded are the benefits that come from the game. The life lessons that young players learn when playing this game are irreplaceable. It molded me a young man into a wholesome human being. One who applies what he learned in football to the outside world. Football has taught me a lot about myself as well as responsibilities in the work
I have many accomplishments that I would like to achieve but, my main accomplishment is becoming an NFL player. Only about two percent of NCAA seniors are accepted into the NFL. The NFL isn’t easy to get into because how long it will take, Maintaining school work, and obstacles that I will face while trying and hopefully succeeding in becoming a NFL player. Next I will talk about how long it will talk. (4)
I am a college football coach. The reason I chose this is because the money is very good. I want to go win a National Championship. I want to work my team to be the best. I want to coach the best players in the country. I want to have a good coaching career record.
If I worked at a football stadium I would be a quarterback because I really like football. I would be in the field making touchdowns and tackling the other team that has the ball. My team would win all games and go to the super bowl. Did you that the quarterback makes the most money in football and I could be rich. That's why I want to be a quarterback.
First off, I want to graduate from college and do it well. I want to be able to do things on the weekends and not worry about having to make things up or anything like that. I am hoping for a scholarship in football, in my opinion that would be a great start for me in college. Then after college maybe pursue that as a career. If that doesn't work out for me then I want to look into athletic training or physical therapy. If those things don't interest me or I don't get into it I am then looking into law. That will take much more time and patience, but it's gonna be the rest of my life.
To be a football player you must be fearless and athletic. Two traits that I was very good at. I was always congratulated and assured how great I did in a game or practice, by both teammates and coaches. Most just want to play and other look at the sport as a career something they see themselves playing for year and hopefully at some point getting honored for their skills and abilities. People from all over come to watch kids play in high school like; scouts, fans, players that once played for the team even some television broadcast smaller companies of course, but the exposure is great. But to reach the level of starting on a football team takes a lot of practice on drills and workout. Great coaches to pull the abilities you have inside and bring them out physically. And also possessing the athletic abilities in the
For as long as I can remember football has been a part of my life in some way, shape, or form. When I was first born my grandfather said that I was solid and built to play football. I used to throw the football with my mother when I was a toddler and she always told me that when I tried to tackle her I hit really hard. My first organized football experience was when I was five. I had just moved to Manassas, VA from Washington, D.C. in 1994. It was around fall and that was right at the beginning of football season in the area. I remember telling my mother that I wanted to play, so she looked for a local organization for children. She came across the Greater Manassas Football League (GMFL) and that is where I began to play the game I love.
The training and practices required to play professional football are intense. You have to wear uncomfortable pads and helmets and endure grueling practices in the heat of the summer and you have to lift weights every day (Green 174). You have to train no matter what position you play. What’s important about is how the position works and how it contributes to the game. Young boys must join high school football team, the road to football star begins in high school.
