How this year has changed me.
Many by many years ago there was a time were time never flew by as fast as this. While excitement grows old and weary, education does not. It shows many lessons that we as people shall learn in our life. Many may put these skills,or knowledge to the test against the harsh world we call reality. This time period of highschool can be frightening to many it serves as a purpose to learn and educate ourselves and mold us to who we will become. From personal experience highschool can be rough. Many changes me be going through your head emotionally and physically. From your grades being in bad shape to your girlfriend breaking up with you or even worse your own parents fighting with one another and struggling to see

At the beginning of the year i grew weaker and ever so weaker in my knowledge for grammar and simple things. While my thirst for knowledge was never satisfied i felt intrigued by the way my old english teacher spoke and taught it showed me there was a way to learn, around the same time my mother was having issues with her heart and bills were due. As she spoke and teached me the proper ways of english every day i would shove more effort over my throat with the power of a couple of good friends, but with high school comes a price there's many roads to take and the right one is the hardest you will be fascinated with normal things as friends, hangouts, drugs, many things will catch the eye the first lesson i learned. Don't lose your eye on the path. While time went by my foolishness and mistreatment got me failing the class but being involved with other drama at the time i didn't really pay any notice. Many classes as we speak i am failing because i lost the way of knowledge education and the thirst for being able to know, learn, and re-teach was suddenly gone. I had problems with my girlfriend and mother father siblings etc. while time changed little by little i managed to get myself kicked from that class. At the end of the day i realized i was a goner but it was to
Every person has different personalities that they develop during different stages in life. Many personalities start with parents and how they educate their children. That is the basis of who someone is. Once you get older you start to finally try and figure out who you are. High school can be either the best or the worst place to figure it out. High school is usually thought of a new scary place when starting freshmen year. There are kids who will be older and you will meet different types of people that you might have never met before. The way parents treat their kids can affect their school life. Meaning that if student’s lives at home are not good living conditions that can cause a gap between other students at school. The movie Carrie made in 1976, Carrie was bullied at school but also in way by the hands of her mother who also bullied her at home.
Making the transition from middle school to high school is a huge stepping stone in a teenager’s life. High school represents both the ending of a childhood and the beginning of adulthood. It’s a rite of passage and often many teens have the wrong impression when beginning this passage. Most began high school with learning the last thing on their mind. They come in looking for a story like adventure and have a false sense of reality created through fabricated movie plots acted out by fictional characters. In all actuality high school is nothing like you see in movies, television shows, or what you read about in magazines.
Middle school was a amazing experience, for me anyway. I, myself have changed tremendously from the beginning of 6th grade to the end of 8th grade. Not just in appearance either, on the inside as well.
Throughout my four years in high school I have been fortunate enough to fulfill many of my aspirations and my thirst for knowledge. One goal that I would like to achieve is to become an international attorney. I have aligned my involvement in specific academic and extra-curricular activities to aid me preparing for the long road between my present situation and the day I pass the bar exam. Through my high school activities I have learned three virtues that I have deemed necessary to achieve my goal, passion, self-discipline, and perseverance.
This topic has brought out a lot of ideas that have been storming inside of my head for a while now. The topic I have chosen is that simply High school and how that has affected me a ton. Now how has this affected me you may ask well it has changed my responsibility's and changed my life. Well every morning I have to wake up early and be so tired the last thing I truly want to do is go to school well someone has to do it and that someone is me. School is really boring and half the stuff if not more you will never use but you must still learn it all if you ever want to be successful in life. i am here to tell you that I have accomplished years of high school and can accomplish those hard years of college. Thank you for your
I didn’t know what to expect of high school as I sauntered in the doors as an incoming high school freshman. In my first couple of weeks of school, I learned that it was basically like middle school, just a little stricter with different teachers and a different locker. I asked myself “how bad could it be?” Turns out,
Entering my first year into high school my mind was juvenile I was not yet adjusted to the high school atmosphere. At the time I was still worried about the little things in school such as friends and associates. My first priority was never my work; it used to be entertainment over all. Along that came with my priorities came procrastination and that led to me delaying my assignments hoping for a teacher to give me a "second chance". Forthcoming, at the end of the second quarter my ninth grade year I received a rude awakening.
Before I enrolled into SAC, I was a non-fan of sports, nervous, young man, who heard about SAC from a friend in Upper School and has tons of hopes for Grade 9. Something was hold me back to go to SAC. , although that "something” terminated after I knew that everyone were Andrean Brothers and that's why I'm currently aiming to perfect the role of a well-rounded citizen. As they say, “Friends are the most ingredient in the recipe of life”. Friends, like Daniel Zhao, who told me about this school changed my whole life. Once I stepped on Andrean soil, I knew that I was part of something special. In addition, I never had "fun" in sports events because I thought I might get hurt. Yet when I joined SAC sports teams, I was afraid
High school is a time where teenagers are moldable into anything their surroundings tempt them to be. Most have about eight classes a day and each requires them to do a large amount of work per day and a heap of knowledge to retain
When I was entering into High School, I tried to join as many clubs as I can, since I wanted not only to be superior in grades, but also extracurricular activities. So as usual, I joined Key Club. At first volunteering at the events was fun, but as I went to more events, it felt as if it was a chore. I did not feel any passion; it was rather tiresome.
High school is meant to be the time of your life, but for most seniors just like me it can be some of the most emotional and crazy time. The things in my past make me who I am today, and the things I do now are the first footsteps into the future. I’ve learned a lot about myself in these past four years, and I still have so much learning to do. This is my high school story; the good, bad, and the ugly.
Let’s flash back in time to before our college days. Back to then we had lunch trays filled with rubbery chicken nuggets, stale pizza, and bags of chocolate milk. A backpack stacked with Lisa Frank note books, flexi rulers, and color changing pencils. The times where we thought we wouldn’t make it out alive, but we did. Through all the trials and tribulations school helped build who I am today and shaped my future. From basic functions all the way to life-long lessons that helped shape my character.
My high school experience has been a very challenging and exciting 4 years. I have learned many things that will help me in life and I feel confident that I am ready for whatever obstacle I may face. High school has defined, shaped my character, and helped me to mature into the young woman that I am
As underclassmen you come into high school either thinking that the next four years of your schooling will be really easy or really stressful. To tell the truth it can be both, weather you come into high school with a positive or negative attitude. High school is the last place you can get away with some mistakes and try again. The next four years will test your skills and responsibilities. You can learn a lot about yourself in high school, from how you use your time in school to your after school activities you do. What you do from a freshman to a senior will determine what you want and can do for future careers. High school will challenge you in many ways from organization skills to time management skills.
You know, it is really strange how quickly time passes, after spending my whole childhood wishing I was an adult, now here we are and it's a little hard to grasp. It feels like just yesterday I was standing here in the same position at eighth grade graduation. Ahh, middle school, such a joyous time for all of us, free of maturity and not a care in the world. The biggest decisions I ever had to make then was deciding which group to stand with at passing time and choosing which shirt from my extensive collection of Stussy and No Feat apparel to wear. We were all naive to the danger that lurked just around the corner. We were unaware that the carefree world we lived in was about to come crashing to the ground in a blazing inferno of real school work and responsibility ... otherwise known as high school.
