This constitution made by the people, for the people, declares the necessary laws required to maintain a perfect utopian society. Unlike our previous society, there will be many opportunities to help our society thrive. Everyone will have rights that were not present in previous societies. Unlike other civilizations and empires, the goal of this utopia is not to create a era of peace and advancement. The goal of this Utopia is to keep peace, prosperity, enlightenment, and a “Renaissance” going on forever. Our society is designed to be absolutely perfect, but in this universe, it is impossible for a society to be completely perfect and non discriminatory towards its citizens. Everybody has a right to trial by jury, if the defendant can’t afford a lawyer, one will be appointed to them free of charge by the Government of Terra Nova. After the trial the final consequence will be determined due to the severity of the crime. Excessive fines should not be imposed along with no cruel or unusual punishment. The fine and severity of the crime will be dependent on the defendant's economic position, and his or her previous contributions to society. If the suspect who does not show up to the court date, jail time will be enforced. A part of the society will judge criminals who commit crime and they will ultimately decide the fate of the individual. Fair and equal trials will be given. Every person on the jury will vote on the person’s fate. No individual will have authoritative say on the judgement of the person. These jurors will be replaced on every hearing. It is everyone's civic duty to take part in these adminstration of justice. Failure to show up with the intent of being part of the jury after five times will result in a predetermined
