Occupational Diseases: the health hazard exposure of the individuals at their workplace leading to health problems is called occupational diseases. In other words an unhealthy workplace contributes to mind and body health hazards. One should be aware of the environmental health hazards at their workplace. Occupational diseases caused by the health hazards at workplace are
1. Due to dust, harmful gases, or fumes
2. Due to noise
3. Due to toxic substances (poisons)
4. Due to vibration
5. Due to radiation
6. Due to infectious germs or viruses
7. Due to extreme hot and cold temperatures
8. Due to extremely high and low air pressure

Some of the international global relations are related to Singapore. They look after the pollution causing very harm to the people. Number of measures have been taken from the year 1980 to 2012.it changed and increased and raised it planning, policies, strategies etc it encourage the use of solar energy by giving initiatives. Pollution is affecting many individuals and life, as we know it. We need to do something about how it’s affecting our world. That’s why I urge the issue that more people should realize that pollution is an issue that needs to be prevented because of its negative consequences. Which are health affects, the total destruction of environments, and the death of animals and plants. Starting out during the 1980’s air pollution began a serious problem in China when many large cities underwent great economic developments (Air pollution). The pollution in China took away 25 million healthy years of life from the population (Wrong). In 2010 the pollution from China was ranked seventh on the world wide list of risk factors next to high blood pressure and smoking (Wrong). Making manufactured good for other countries, China undergoes lots of air pollution from the cheap products their making. In 2013 the air pollution had risen 10% in a year , the northern Chinese city of Harbin was largely shut down due to thick blanket of smog (Desilver).
Employers negligent in providing health and safety in the work environment could become criminally charged, fined or sent to jail. Providing an unsafe workplace is no longer considered just as morally unjust, but an act of crime. Health and safety in the workplace has become more encompassing and broader, accepting new causes and problems that influence occupational health and safety. Health is no longer just defined as wellness of the physical body, but also wellness of the mind. Mental health is considered an area of workplace safety.

A hazard is defined as an activity or object that has the potential to cause harm if contact is made with the person, object or activity (MHS, 1996; Harmse, 2007; HSE, 2006). These hazards in a work place need to be identified and dealt with accordingly to prevent any harm to employees or any individual acquainted to a certain activity or establishment.
