Kelly had just fueled up in Nome, AK and is heading to Juneau to stay for the night. Her friend Ray is meeting her in Seattle on Thursday. She is driving through the small towns and looking at the old houses. While driving Kelly sees a house that has to be at least 100 years old. She decided to take a break from driving for while and stretch. She heard screams coming from the direction of the house. She decided to call Ray and have him meet her at the house. When Ray got to the house 2 hours later Kelly was sleeping in the back of her car. Kelly and Ray decided to enter the house; they moved very slowly and were racking their mind for an explanation. "Who will open it?" Kelly whispered. "You wanted me to come here so you open it," replied …show more content…
Kelly and Ray begin to move the boxes and search the walls for anything weird. Ray finds weird scratches that shouldn’t be there. While Kelly walks over to Ray she bumps into a stack of boxes and out of no were a trapdoor opens up in the floor. "Lets go out to your car and grab a flashlight," suggested Ray. "Lets go!" Kelly agreed. While they were getting the flashlight Kelly heard a low grumbling sounds that kept getting louder and louder. She saw an armored car driving in their direction and yelled at Ray “Get in the car and lay down!” The car passed and Kelly and Ray were shaking at the thought of the car stopping and whoever was inside seeing them. To their luck the people in the car didn’t see them. “That was close,” sighed Ray. “Lets just go see what is down there before another car comes along,” stated Kelly. “Alright,” sighed Ray, “Lets go.” After going back down to the basement they started to go down the creepy dank stairs. After reaching the bottom of the stairs they found a dead end. “All of this work and worry for nothing!” screams Ray. “Check the walls with the flashlight,” suggested Kelly. “Fine,” whispered Ray. “Wait is that a button?” Ray said with
Sergeant Walls placed himself behind the motel room as a precaution, while Shanks knocked on the door of room 114 with the other officers. Shanks noticed a woman looking through the blinds from inside the room and he asked if she would open the door and speak with them, she nodded and closed the blinds. ...ased the brakes until coming to a complete stop. Juan and Glenn, knowing where they were going, went to the door leaving the dad alone to get the money. Upon entering the cabin, Juan asked him for the money. He replied quickly that first he needs to see his daughter. The children came out. There was a sudden movement by Glenn which attracted the attention on him long enough for Marianne’s father to pull out the pistol. He pistol whipped Juan and held the gun towards Rita. Rita suddenly started screaming in Spanish asking where Buck was. They told her he was dead and ordered her to put her hands above her head. He handed the gun to Glenn motioning him to stay here and watch the two as he went for the cops and took the others.
"The house is 10 feet by 10 feet, and it is built completely of corrugated paper. The roof is peaked, the walls are tacked to a wooden frame. The dirt floor is swept clean, and along the irrigation ditch or in the muddy river...." " ...and the family possesses three old quilts and soggy, lumpy mattress. With the first rain the carefully built house will slop down into a brown, pulpy mush." (27-28)
Lewiston, Idaho, once an important port for miners traveling in search of gold, is now a town of about 30,000 people. Few of the people who live in the Lewis-Clark Valley speak of its over one hundred year history. However, there are still parts of the community where one can explore and see the age of the town. Downtown Lewiston is one of a few areas where people can go exploring. They wander the streets, admiring the buildings that stand proudly above them. One building in particular ties a unique history into the downtown area. Morgan’s Alley stands at the corner of Main Street and D Street, overlooking the cars and people passing by. On the outside, it looks like an ordinary, older building. On the inside, it holds secrets of the past and possibly a ghost.

Marie’s grandparent’s had an old farm house, which was one of many homes in which she lived, that she remembers most. The house was huge, she learned to walk, climb stairs, and find hiding places in it. The house had a wide wrap around porch with several wide sets of stairs both in front and in back. She remembers sitting on the steps and playing with one of the cats, with which there was a lot of cats living on the farm...
Landlord, “Oh look at you. You poor thing. What happened to you? You are crying, crying so hard.” (Landlord continues observing and he feels confused.) “What happens in Tony’s room? I’m going to find that out.”
The house was thickly made of mud brick and melded easily into the dirt around it. The only semblance of abandonment stems from personal knowledge of the house itself. We wasted no time entering, for the heat had become nearly intolerable. Nothing had changed since the previous visit so the exploring commenced immediately and naturally. The architecture was rounded like every other house in the town with archways leading to each room. Void of any furnishings, there was not much to look at or explore. The only thing left unknown was an old room with no lighting or windows that both of us were too afraid to
They start to hear footsteps behind them and suddenly the door slams shut. They must go on. When they get to the bottom of the stairs, they turn on the light and they see a ghastly sight.
Down into the basement he went, the lighting here contrasted with the deep shadows that were cast by the various furniture in the basement. He reached the bottom of the steps, on his left he was greeted by a several viewing ports into what could be another room. He called it the birdcage, except it did not keep birds, but oh did its captives sing for him whether they willed it or not. Already he could see her through the one way mirrors as he unlocked the door leading into the room before it locked behind him. A biometric scanner with a passcode failsafe. "I'm back." He announced. There were three main rooms here, the living room and kitchen area, the bedroom, and a bathroom for all his captive's needs. Obviously, the room was fireproof should the girl get any ideas. Another common place they would look would be in the kitchen for weapons, knives especially, but he was sufficiently trained in self-defense to be confident in approaching them just like

They dashed into a room that housed a old desk with a mess of papers on it , a overturned chair, and another door. Opening the door they rush into a waiting room, avoiding more overturned chairs and they begin to climb a stairway. They go all the to the top of the building. Gary’s stomach was aching from all the running. The looters try to find a ladder down to ground level but to no avail. Suddenly, five men and a dog burst out of the stairway weapons in hand.
