Virtual reality is a newer form of technology that is growing in popularity among retailers. One industry that could benefit from this new form of technology, and has to some degree today already, is the home improvement industry. Home improvements can be costly and making decisions can be difficult. Actions such as increasing advertising, improving the store environment, and increasing the availability of quality merchandise must be taken to improve store performance. To make consumers more aware of Kmart’s merchandise more promotions and advertisement is essential. Television, radio, newspaper, and promotional ads should be shown to the general public to spark interest. Stores need to improve appearance and organization and also offer a wider range of quality merchandise.
The ultimate goal is to increase product sales. They have to depend on the customer to reach that goal. Making the customer feel comfortable and encouraging them to buy more goods is a process toward that goal.

Data can give you quite a bit of information about your customers. By examining it, you will be able to begin to see patterns and learn the habits of your customers.
