Hotel y Cabañas Montebello Inn is a hotel and restaurant located in Mexico´s second most important touristic point, Creel, Chihuahua, which is located right next to The Copper Canyon, whose magnitude is four times that of the Grand Canyon in Arizona.
The hotel can host up to 150 guests and its restaurant can host up to 130 guests. It offers lodging, food service, and tours to the several attractions that these mountains have. Montebello Inn in is one of the top hotels in town holding an affordability niche.
We seek funds for the renovation and expansion of the hotel in order to become a Resort. Investment funds will be used for the renovation of the hotel and cabin facilities, for the construction of new cabins, for the purchase and installation of solar panels, for the purchase of one van, one pick-up and one Jeep, for the purchase of industrial washers and dryers, for the purchase of restaurant and room equipment, and for the installation of rock-climbing lines.

In this business no one will work for their own purposes, each person will be part of this team, therefore, each person will have to work hard and do their part to make the team a success. Applying these tactics will result in high employee motivation and loyalty, which will benefit the business as a whole in the future. Also, it will shape employee behavior at work, which is very important in increasing the efficiency of the business.

Teamwork is becoming more important in the work place, because of the leaders and the fact that it allows full participation with all employees. In order to complete several different tasks, managers and supervisors usually perform teams and assign different tasks to complete one major assignment. Team work starts at the top (Smikle, 2009). When supervisors or managers are willing to administer teamwork, they are enabling the employees to follow. Managers or supervisors set good examples when they delegate tasks, but more importantly express to the employees how teamwork is productive. Employees work by example, more so now than by demands.

Improving employee job satisfaction brings along additional benefits such as a direct impact on increase customers’ satisfaction and employees’ work performance. Satisfied employees tend to add extra effort to job performance, then work harder and better. Hence the organizational success totally depends on human capabilities, highly satisfied work force is completely essential for an organization.
It causes them to think, plan and make decisions according to the team. In the past teamwork culture has taken a backseat. However with changing times, organizations understood the importance of nurturing and promoting the culture of teamwork (p.1). In order to promote teamwork, management leaders need to clearly communicate to everyone that the expectation of exceptional work is not just an individual level but at a team level and collaboration is expected out of every team (p.2). The above analysis definitely reveals that perhaps one of the reasons why these companies are the leaders in their industry is because they are well aware of the importance of the work force. They mention in their mission statements as well that yes in deed customers are important but in order to make the customer happy they first need to motivate and satisfy the employee as well. According to Citibank, the general belief is that a happy worker is a motivated and loyal one. So keeping employees' spirits high is a sure-fire way of maintaining a productive workforce. A productive work force would ultimately lead to a healthy organization which would not only promote the society its working for but also itself.
