In class we started to use open mind map to analyse the project. Moreover, a mind map is a diagrammatic representation of varied elements that relate to a particular subject. Mind maps are used for solving problems, for creating to-do-list for, promoting creative ideas, and for discussing different elements of the project planning stage. This made me more organised because I knew the things I would need to add. Moreover, using open minds meant that I could make use of colours, image, and symbols to organise information in a clear easy to understand manner. I have learnt the drag and drop feature. Drag and drop is a pointing device gesture in which the user selects a virtual object by "grabbing" it and dragging it to a different location As, well, as, less structured tasks. Easy to add ideas later, at any time. Also, it helps you to focus on the links and relationships between ideas so you don 't just have disconnected facts. However, one of the weaknesses are that creating a mind map can take a lot of time. Therefore, it is time consuming. Also, it might be difficult for others to understand once you have created a personalised map, it might be difficult for those around you to understand all your ideas and concepts. One of the other weaknesses was that the software open mind wasn 't working. The technicians in the school were unaware how to solve the issue. Therefore, I had to hand drawn the plan. It was time consuming as stated earlier. This meant that I spent my free time doing the designs and finishing it off. I have used an informal planning technique. This is because generally when you create a website professionally. This wouldn 't be done. Although, this had made me organised on what I would need to This is a new software, which I haven 't used before, which meant I will develop more ICT skills. One of the biggest benefits of a Gantt chart is the tool 's ability to boil down multiple tasks and timelines into a single document. Stakeholders throughout an organisation can easily understand where teams are in a process while grasping the ways in which independent elements come together toward project completion. Teams can use Gantt charts to replace meetings and enhance other status updates. Simply clarifying chart. Whilst, I was using the Gantt software I had some issues because it wasn 't opening and it took longer than usual. Therefore, I had fewer documents opened so the issue doesn 't occur and I am able to open the software as quick as possible. This task took me longer than expected and it was time consuming. In the second lesson I finished off adding the dates and the things, which are sequential. This means forming or following in a logical order or

...help increase students’ learning by exercising the right and creative side of the brain and therefore balancing the activity of learning.
For example, if an organization wants to build a Shared Vision for a project, it cannot be done without Team learning (conversations). This will begin by incorporating Systems Thinking to understand issues within the team. To top everything off, the team will need to understand assumptions and analyze whether the project is going to be worth it (Mental Models).
“A mind is like a parachute. It doesn't work if it is not open.” As Frank Zappa said it is important that you are open to different view, otherwise you are limiting your brain and ideas.
Originally we were going to do an exhibit. Then, my partner found out that an exhibit is the most competitive category. After we found out that we ended up wanting to do a documentary, but we didn't know really how to do anything. Lastly, we started to do a website and that was a lot easier. How we started to create our project was that we signed up to an account on Weebly and started to experiment with the controls on Weebly. Once we got the hang of things we started to form our website. The first thing we did was get a background picture. We found a picture of people of South Africa boycotting apartheid. For the rest of our website we would type our
“Our plans miscarry because they have no aim. When a man does not know what harbor he is making for, no wind is the right wind” a famous quote about our goal by Seneca. It is a metaphor about the achievement goal and objectives by good planning skills. One has to plan for what one wants to achieve and where one wants to go. One of the most important things is to have good planning, before taking any project the first think you should do is to create project plan. Planning can be defined as preparing a sequence of action to achieve specific goals and objectives. According to Kerzner (2009), “project planning is desirable that the project manager is involved from project conception through execution. It must be systematic, flexible to handle, closely disciplined through reviews and control and capable of accepting multi functional inputs (pg. 412)”. The importance of planning a project is to describe the work so that it will be easily identifiable to the project team member.
Problem solving can be a tricky and complicated process. Often times the initial step of identifying the problem and coming up with possible solutions is the hardest part. Businesses, schools, and any team settings around the world use many established problem solving tools and techniques. These range from brainstorming, mind mapping, imagining, and many others. Groups use these techniques to add some order to a potential chaotic experience. One popular tool is known as Force Field Analysis.
Kent Beck, the project leader will find using the WBS to make complex projects more manageable as it is designed to help break down projects into manageable chunks that can be effectively estimated and supervised. By creating a WBS include several benefits. For example it can help assist with accurate project company, helps with assigning responsibilities, shows the control points, project milestones, and allows for more accurate estimation of the triple constraint (cost, risk, and time) therefore helping to explain the project scope to stakeholders.
Using this you can keep keen eye on activities that trigger start of other activities. Delay in those might lead to delay in the overall project.
The planning aspect, which was totally absent before, is now the starting point for every assignment. The purpose of the plan is to give myself a direc...
Design thinking is a process for practical, creative resolution of problems or issues that looks for an improved future result. It is the essential ability to combine empathy, creativity and rationality to meet user needs and drive business success. Unlike analytical thinking, design thinking is a creative process based around the building up of ideas. There are no judgments early on the design thinking (Simon, 1969, p. 55). Design thinking includes imagination and reason, a combination of convergent and divergent thought, and creativity. Design thinking might be thought of as dialectic, or conversation. It involves design wisdom, judgment, and knowledge. Lastly, design thinking is skill (Hegeman, 2008).
Coming up with a business plan is the first big step in implementing any business. This lays down the aims as well the details of the endeavor.

...one, therefore each member of the group plays an active role in the completion of the task. Also the project must include intellectually dense divergent questions, with multiple answers, and also include questions that encourage critical thinking skills. Having the freedom to think without the constraints of coming up with a single precise answer will imbue the students with the confidence to think differently, display their creativity and work at their own pace. Hereby leading to a more comprehensive and thorough answer which would encourage longer retaining of the information. This is a positive alternative for students because instead of having to stay awake all night and cramming for exams, and then forgetting the information as soon as the test is over. The students can finally acquire knowledge they can retain forever or; at least for a longer period of time.
