For example, in Malaysia as we can know there are several station television will start broadcast news on 8.00pm every day. Why? Because the time is the primary time for all Malaysian to watch television and watching news. There are numerous broadcaster in Malaysia which is TV1, TV2, TV3, and Astro Awani and etc. This not included with other languages that may broadcast on the same time every day. For radio station, they play important role as a speaker and transmit the information or message to general public using frequency that has been set up by state.
