It serves many health purposes and tax benefits for the citizens of America, plus if it were legal, the government wouldn’t have to incarcerate users. There are many people who think marijuana should not be legal because of the fact it is a drug and it can be addictive. Even though it is a drug, no one has ever died from an overdose and it is very hard to get addicted but not impossible. But, it has so many benefits that the government can not overlook and this drug can help

Also, no one in history has ever died from overdosing on marijuana. There has been very little evidence that it leads to cancer as stated in the same article, “There is little evidence that it causes cancer.
