Malcolm X’s encounter with his English teacher became a major turning point of his life (Cone 45) , not only, Malcolm X did not have a clear sense of his identity, Cone suggested that he was not even in a supportive environment where he could search for it and fight openly against others who denied him that right. It represented the end of his attempt to become integrated into a white society. Malcolm X believed that no matter what he did he would
In the autobiography of Malcolm X, the life of one of this nation's most notorious activists is explained in a depth that very few people have had the privilege of experiencing before. The author shows all the factors went into play to make Malcolm X the man he was. When reading the text, the reader begins to feel the passion and fire that X had inside himself. The general idea and direction of the story is made clear on the first page of the book.
The author describes the experiences that caused Malcolm to grow up as an angry teenager and young adult. The book helps people to understand why Malcolm changed while in prison. Haley gave examples of how Malcolm changed his life in a spiritual way. The readers of the book can see who Malcolm X truly was at different times during his life. Haley gives the reader a feeling of inspiration and strength because Malcolm X died fighting for what he believed was right for blacks in America and human beings in general.
Malcolm X’s experience with each agent of socialization greatly influenced the many transformations he made throughout his life; yet certain aspects of his personality remained with him, guiding him. One example, Malcolm’s fierce ability to speak up in self-defense.
Was Andrew Carnegie a hero? That is the question is it not. It is a question that makes even the most knowledgeable of historians a pause. It is one of if not the most important and hard question to answer and I think I shall let everyone know my own opinion of this question. Andrew Carnegie was not a hero nor was he a villain he is what is known as a human a person who has their ups and downs and with all humans none of them can be put into singular black and white categories. its shades of grey and Andrew Carnegie is on one of those shades. Some of the things that put him on this shade is the fact that as he was made famous he had to use questionable business practices to stay out of the army draft. he also did more questionable business

Nevertheless, one of the most important constants among all of us, regardless of our differences, is that, above all, we are buyers. We use or consume on a regular basis food, clothing, shelter, transportation, education, equipment, vacations, necessities, luxuries, services, and even ideas. As consumers, we play an essential role in the health of the economy; local, national and international. The purchase decision we make affect the requirement for basic raw materials, for transportation, for production, for banking; they affect the employment of employees and the growth of resources, the successfulness of some industries and the failure of others. In order to be successful in any business and specifically in today’s dynamic and rapidly evolving marketplace, marketers need to know everything they can about consumers; what they are want, what they are think, how they are work, how they are spend their leisure time. They have to find out the personal and group influences that affect consumer decisions and how these decisions are made. In these days of ever-widening media choices, they need to not only identify their target audiences, but they have to know where and how to reach

According to Hofstede’s (1980), ‘culture is the collective programming of the mind which distinguishes the members of one human group from another… culture in the sense, includes systems of values: and values are among the building blocks of culture.’ It is necessary to determine how culture impacts our communication behavior as culture directly influences our perception and understanding of the message that is transmitted from one party to another. People from different cultures encode and decode messages differently; this therefore increases the chances of misunderstanding. Intercultural communication refers to interactions between people whose cultural assumptions are so different that the communication between them is altered. Verderber, Verderber, & Sellnow, (2010).
