Top Management Team (TMT)
A top management team (TMT) is consists of all HoDs and C-suite executive including CEO, CFO and DMD. Top Management Team is collectively and individually responsible for the vision, leadership, and strategy of MTCC, for the delivery of business goals as per the Business Plan and Budget, and for the overall day to day running of the company.
It is the responsibility of the TMT to support the CEO and the DMD in:
1- setting policy and business objectives by assessing risks and opportunities
2- setting strategy and determining delivery mechanisms of objectives
3- monitoring implementation of strategy
4- evaluating performance against business objectives
5- ensuring optimum use of resources
6- promoting the company to stakeholders
TMT Member responsibilities:
1- Support the CEO in the development and delivery of business plan for the company within a performance management
