Lord of the Flies Jack’s view opposing Ralph’s chapter 3 In the book Lord of the Flies by William Golding characters Jack and Ralph are stranded on a island. They both are very strong headed, and have many different views about what should happen. This causes the two boys to clash and bicker about things. In chapter 3 of Lord of the Flies Jack makes Ralph upset about wanting to focus on hunting and finding food and water. “Except me and my hunters” (50).
