Are humans born good or bad? is a question that has been asked since the beginning of human history. In the book Lord of the Flies a bunch of kids are placed on an island and the deeper we dive into the story we see how human nature is depicted as evil. Goldings views of human nature being evil are accurate. Many traits portray these, such as greed and cruelty. These traits are shown through the character and in books like Lord of the Flies, To Kill a Mockingbird, and 12 angry men.
