Tthrough years, governments have created different institutions to take control and stability of the world. In fact, there are positive and negative points about that specific type of control. Some of these institutions help people to work and study in order to have a better life. However, these institutions places many restrictions regarding behavior and physical appearance of people. One of these types of limitations are the use of uniforms in schools because they regulate students what should be correct and what is not. According to Culture of India report defines “culture as a certain set of customs, ideas and social behavior of a group of similar people in a society. Geographical borders usually segregate cultures. Some characteristics like language, religion, food habits, social norms, music and arts stay specific in one particular culture” (1). Throughout the world, there a huge variety of cultures, which have been handed from generation to generation, following the same traditions from ancestors, and it is important because culture build communities, identities.the unique of each culture has help on how individuals shape personalities, change perception and have perspectives about life. The industrialization and modern society have created many rules and norms within society which many studies show concerns about how these practices affect culture. According to documentary “gotham culture” Mr. Brian Glasser and other specialist make a discussion about how organizations manage behavior norms to achieve their goals and how can they include culture within the workplace. their strategies for appealing their goals should be open to diversity and culture, so that they can have a good environment and respect the differences among people. however, there is manipulation limitations and stronger aside of some other institution regarding the school uniforms policies. Arora tries to explain that uniforms in Cristian schools have two-faces because they are supposed to embrace morality and religion; however, uniforms don’t allow students to show their real background
