Mike,
As per our conversation, I had to suspend Mr. Gonzalez tonight. Driver checked in from Laredo as usual, he was assigned a load to take to SMT Austin, while I was getting the brief I noticed that the driver had a load that did not need to move and we had other loads with next day delivery sitting in Laredo. Brett, decided to call the driver and send him back to the terminal, he was about 39 miles out already. He asked Tony to call him, let him know what was going on and arrive him where he was showing and we would pay him from the point where he was arrived. Tony, also advised him that we will be assigning a load that needs to deliver tomorrow.
Driver arrived in Laredo and he waited a few minutes to receive a message with his new trailer.

Tony, advised the driver that he had been arrived at the point were he was told to stop and that he was going to get paid for the miles.
I got on the phone and spoke to the driver and he agreed to run a turn to San Antonio, he then call back and said he was not going to the turn after all. When I asked him the reason why? He said that he did not feel like going any more. I told him that was alright, but for future reference if he does not here from us within 10 minutes, he needs to call dispatch and find out what is his next move not just go home. I also reminded him that this is not the first time he has done this where he just goes home without any notice. And told him that next time I would be forced to suspend him, he said that he did not care. I told him, to go ahead and take the rest of the week off then, to check back on Sunday. He was suspended until then. He said that he would suspend himself and that he will not check in until next Friday 4/13. That was the end of the conversation, the driver hang up on

El Paso has seen its fair share of heat, drought, storms and floods. The complication the binational region has to concentrate on will be management after flash flooding. In order to accomplish an earlier warning time frame the meteorologist need to get ahead of the “Climate Whiplash”. Geologist have already figured out why the ground cannot naturally absorb the stormwater leaving it to the city to find a way to divert or control the runoff. There are many ways to have the water led away from the city. This paper will bring to light past and some current systems in place.
The show of authority was towards the driver, but when the vehicle was pulled over the officer directed his interest to the passenger and changes things
The caller reported the truck struck a guardrail, but continued operating along the roadway, weaving in and out of the lane of travel, according to Chief Deputy Richard Haun, who said that, with the license plate number provided by the caller, a deputy executed a traffic stop of the truck along U.S. Route 62, near Township Road 359.

When he got home Randy was trying to talk to him and he didn’t want to talk so he was ignoring him.
When we drove up, I knew we were exactly where we needed to be. Not because the sign said L&W but because we rolled up on someone's trailer. Rolling up on someone's trailer in Zwolle is a good thing. In other parts of the country, this may be a cause for alarm but not where Zwolle and tamales are concerned. We got out the car, walked in the trailer and were greeted by a woman who immediately said "Y'all must not be from here". Was it THAT obvious? Probably not but I think everyone in Zwolle knows each other and she didn't know us. She was kind of dry, not very friendly, just wanted to know what our order was and for us to be gone. AGAIN friends, this is NOT a bad
