Can you imagine being stranded on a deserted island? The only rules you have are your own. You have no one but yourself and each other. In the raging war, the British school boys were separated from their families as they were on the way to the USA. They took the plane there and they got into a plane crash and were stranded without any adult supervision. This novel was written by William Golding about the dark heart of humanity. The school boys grapple with a bunch of challenges in creating their own society. All the boys all had different personalities and backgrounds, all of them had a different perspective on society especially with Jack, Ralph, and Piggy. Lord of the Flies uses the isolation of the boys as an example of examining the inherent human impulse to use savergy in the rules of civilization. You can never trust an immature young boy stranded on an island lost (Mcgiveron 9). This means.they need each other. They are stranded on the island. They have no parents so they roam free so they act immature” or “This reveals.That you need your parents to teach you through life till you are mature enough. The boys think they can handle themselves on their own (Mcgiveron 6). This reveals that being a team is better than being there (Mcgiveron 10). They have lost their minds, they have no one, they have gone crazy, they don't know what to do at all without their parents. They cared a lot about each other, Ralph always protected the piggy. His asthma, weight, and poor eyesight make him physically vulnerable (“Piggy”). Piggy is overweight but he is still a very kind person, he gets bullied on his weight Jack bullies Piggy because he doesnt think piggy is capable of anything because he is overweight but he is very smart and the brains of the group. Piggy is also the only boy who worries about the rules (“piggy”). Piggy wasn't a rule breaker, he was the only boy who was so worried about something bad happening while the boys celebrated being stranded on the island without anyone. Remember, sticking together will always be better, You will always be better as a team, if you are ever stranded on an island, always use your brain, don't depend on anyone but yourself if they start going crazy. This story taught a very good lesson that there is always one smart person and most of the time you should listen to them because you have a better chance at surviving. Piggy and Jack were 2 different people in the story because all Jack cared about was himself and hunting, Piggy was the brains he tried to care for
