In 1969 Hugo Santiago directed a black and white film named Invasion. It is an Argentinian film that is 123 minutes long. The Film takes place in a the city of Aquilea the year was 1957. Lautaro Murua plays this character Julian Herrera who leads a small group of men into a resistance to fight against the invaders. The two sides are identified between dark-suited men, the defenders, and light suited men being the infiltrators. However, there are many people involved throughout the movie, and the viewer may not know who is part of which side or what a character's role may be. The defenders are lead by a character named Don Porfirio, played by Juan Carlos Paz. During the film there are many sacrifices that need to be made, but the defenders are willing to take the risks instructed by their leader Don Porfirio. Julian's cell is killed off one by one until it finally dwindles down to just him, alas becoming another victim of what seems a senseless fight. In many fighting scenes, or scenes leading up to a fight footsteps were always very present. The footsteps of a person would always be heard even if they were swallowed into the blackness of the scene. When characters had shifting footsteps usually they died right after, those with loud confident steps would escape or be the person doing the killing. For example, when Julian and his crew were infiltrating an invaders house/base, The scene was very black. As they moved around the house you saw flashes of hands and faces and only got good focuses when they weren't moving or ambushing from the darkness. When the light suited man was guarding the truck, and he would walks around the vehicle his steps dragged and shifted across the ground while the dark-suited man that took him out had heavy confident steps.
