Frank is a middle aged white male who is straight, Fiona is a white female who is in her mid twenties she is also straight. Carl is a 12 year old boy and there is no indication if he straight or gay but with the way things seem I would say straight, Veronica is also in her mid twinties she is a straight African American woman. Debbie is a young white girl who is interested in males. Lip is about 19 he is a white male interested in women and Ian is about 18 and he is gay and nobody knows but his older brother Lip. The characters in shameless have all different types of abilities and disabilities. One of Franks abilities is he is a con artist, he’s is always finding the quickest way to take money from people. From cashing a dead person's insurance check and living off of it to having contest in the bar. One of his disabilities is he can't raise any of his kids right. He never looks out for them only for himself. Lips ability is he is super smart even though the situation at home is not the best. Lips trait is he is a very smart kid but what stops him from succeeding is him always getting in trouble and not having the right attitude. A hobby of his is smoking weed and hanging out. Frank is the known alcoholic in all of the seasons. Carl is crazy, he’s always known to be up to no good with whatever he is doing. Every season ends on a cliffhanger. Whenever something bad happened or will happen to Frank he starts to have a mental breakdown and he depends on Fiona to fix the problems in his life. Social services is present in the movie but they do not actually exist or the situation at home would be totally different. Throughout the show Carl’s name is always being yelled because he is always up to know
