MOTIVATION
It’s mainly the process that can mainly account for an individual’s intensity, direction and the persistence of effort towards the attainment of the goal. If we see that in this definition it’s very straight forward, but why don’t we just gather all the information first and also to see that they should motivate their employees in the best possible manner. The intensity means clearly as how hard a person tries to work to, the direction is straight towards the attainment of the goal and now comes that the person is trying from so long.
Model of Motivation-
It’s very simple and straight forward for a company in motivating their employees. First comes the needs, which create desire to fulfill needs (food, achievement), behavior mainly leads on depending the action and then later comes to be rewards leading towards the feedback system of their employees.
