Reality TV Essay Im strongly against reality TV. You are getting humiliated for being yourself and people judge you way to quickly. Would you like to be laughed at, or hated? I don’t think so. Everyone has an opinion and there may be a larger number of people for Reality TV but that doesn’t change how you treat them. Say in ‘ Im A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here’ Martain he was very rude at the start but when you got to know him a bit more he started to become for thoughtful and kind. This shows that people judged him way to quickly without getting to know him. Now lets talk about a more critical show called ‘Benefit Street’ These people didn’t choose to be on this show, it wasn’t an option for them. Someone horrible decided they wanted everyone to find out how disgusting and rude these people living on benefits are. This is absolutely astonishing how someone would do that. these people are struggeling to pay bills and get food for their families and its not going to help them if they are getting filmed 24/7 and invading their privacy. The producer should feel ashamed of what he/she has done to them living in poverty and cutting parts out of the footage to make them look worse. …show more content…

Going back to what I said earlier about Martain. He got judged way to quickly. No one wants to be treated like that. It was quite rough for him and Danny coming in late to camp but that doesn’t mean you just pick on that person. No one in camp liked him at the start as he was very outgoing and made decision for people which made them upset especially Scarlett. Martain and Danny weren’t the best of friends either but it doesn’t mean you can post nasty things on twitter about them both and taking sides. When martain got out of camp his wife had told him what everyone was saying about him which was very horrible. Would you like to be put in that possion when no one likes you? So this explains why I am against Reality
