Humanitarian Intervention
The humanitarian response to the internal displacement situation in Ukraine is a coordinated effort by multiple organizations. The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) works together with ten operational partners providing support to refugees through protection and legal assistance, policy development and capacity building, distribution of emergency shelter materials and non-food items (Ukraine: UNHCR).
