Most of the neighbors require best services from their known professional people. They expect to be treated different services to be offered to them compared to other unknown clients. This poses a significant risk to the human service worker whereby it becomes a challenge while handling this type of client. This also puts his or her profession to risk because the services offered should be best and fair to all the clients. The services provided to this individual will also pose risk factors to the human service worker if not done to neighbors best expectations. It is important to exercise fairness to all the clients despite the relationship or origin. Human service workers have the knowledge and are capable of handling different clients. Because of their profession, it is important to direct its neighbor to another worker so that he or she can be given services without compromise. In this case, he or she is dealing with an intelligent inmate who was once jailed in his or her court. It is, therefore, important for a human service worker to exercise his or her profession whereby he or should not disclose any information. Human service workers are the reflectors of the public human services offered to the individuals. Personal details or professional information should not be disclosed to other people inside or outside the organization. Privacy and confidentiality should be exercised to ensure all the information concerning not only the workers but also the clients. The information should be secured with a password to limit access from unauthorized individuals. From the issues of friend request on Facebook, many risks are posed to the human service worker and also to the organization. Some of the risks posed to the worker may include linkage of personal information to this inmate. If the personal information has been leaked, it can lead to the individual being tracked to provide more information about the organization (Morales, Sheafor & Scott, 2011).
Accepting the friend request may lead to data linkage which may, in turn, provide more details concerning the company. The human service worker may be tortured if this inmate traces he or her. The intelligent inmate may also alter the information hence providing false information about the individual and the organization.
