Have you noticed the way some leaders treat their followers unfairly? Or how some people put up with their leaders biased decisions? If not let me talk to you how some people are being treated by their so called leaders.
In this essay I will be talking about how the different behaviors of a leader and of a follower can both cause a huge downfall in equality. In the book “Animal Farm” by George Orwell, it shows the relationship between an over ruling leader and empty headed followers whose behaviors causes each and every one in the farm to lose their rights.

The first character that I will be discussing is Napoleon, he can be described as a discourteous, egotistical, and an unsuitable leader for his farm community. Napoleon thinks that his resolutions and ideas on how to run the farm is always
Jessie has a lot to say, but won't actually say what she thinks or feels, she is afraid of what might come back to her. I feel that if Jessie were to speak her mind in a cautious and proper way, then she would have Napoleon's ear and would doubtlessly get his awareness. My first example of Jessie's characteristics is when Napoleon took a hold of her puppies, although she knew that it was erroneous of him to proceed with that, and she did not suppress or fight back when she should have. An additional example would be when she distinguished the difference of the amendments, since Napoleon had switched around the words, and she did not say a word about it to Napoleon on how it was fallacious of him to do so. This type of behavior made each and every one of the animals at the farm to lose their freedom because of her staying mute nothing changed toward the farm and it kept the animals from having equality, she never stood up for herself and because of that Napoleon stepped all over her and took advantage of her and all the other
