A co-operative society is an association of individuals who voluntarily pool their resources and carry on the business for their own welfare and not for a profit seeking business. It is also a development which will help to achieve the economic and social development of the State, and also support the national economy, because co-operation is one of the most important foundations that help in the development of local communities . It is democratic form of organization in which the consumers are the owners of the business. From manager to clerk all are the owners of the business and all the management is in their hands.

In the case of Borden v. Baldwin, (Bordon, 1971) the court makes the distinction between the distributions made to members while the corporation is still in operation, and distributions that are made upon its dissolution. In this case, a non-profit corporation created for hunting sold its property and moved its location. The members had agreed that the proceeds of the sale would be used to pay all of its debts, and that the remaining proceeds after debt elimination was to be put in a trust to be used to support the operations for three years. After the three year period, each member was to have the option to end the membership and withdraw his share. After three years, during which the hunt club acquired new members, the new members did not
The advantages spilling out of firms should be shared all in all. This postulation is like the partners model (Freeman, 1984) and claims that a firm is mindful to its shareholders (proprietors) as well as to all partners (purchasers, representatives, loan bosses, and so on.) whose commitment is essential for an association's prosperity. Accordingly, CSR implies that a company ought to be considered responsible for the greater part of its activities that influence individuals, groups and the earth in which those individuals or groups live (Frederick et al.,
“ Community, Identity, Stability (p. 7).” This is the motto for the people.. For the people in A Brave New World by Aldous Huxley stability is everything. The first word in their motto is community. The dictionary definition of community is a group of people living in the same place or having a particular characteristic in common. In order for this to work social stability is essential. In order to keep society stable, you need rules to live off of. “But cleanliness is fordliness,” she insisted. “yes, and civilization is sterilization… (p. 110).” To the people in this new world, it is important to keep clean for many reasons such as, it is a part of their culture or it can help stop any pathogens or disease. If something were to happen and

I felt that I have worked extremely hard through this year although starting to slow down near the end of the year due to deadlines from other modules. I have been extremely grateful to work with the people that I have and I feel that this year has been crucial in me learning some skills that I needed to learn but also that it has allowed me to work with a group excellent and hard working people.
For setting directors’ remuneration, the board must form a Remuneration Committee. A prior approval from the shareholders of the members on the committee is recommended. However, when it is not possible for solid reasons, the members must be presented in the AGM to the shareholders for approval if they are already appointed. The following guidelines must be followed:
... do not co-operate with each other, they become dysfunctional for society and can cause different social problems that led the society toward destruction. Capitalism is a modern economic system, which leave the world upset. The imperative factor of capitalist society is accumulation of wealth that results in converting money into the divine force and diminishes the value of human, morals, and values that distinguish us from animals. The drive for capital cause necessities to turn into commodities, so that, capitalists can make more capital to invest. Thus, the contribution of capitalism can be positive for those who only concern profit but not for the society because it only enhance the materialistic life and weaken the soul that teaches us ethics and morality.

In its simplest form, cooperation may involve only two people who work together towards a common goal. Two college students working together to complete a laboratory experiment, or two inter-city youths working together to protect their 'turf' from violation by outsiders are examples. In these cases, solidarity between the members is encouraged and they share together the reward of their cooperation. Social satisfaction is achieved by a group of people working together or doing activities together. Even though cooperation isn’t that practical with our people in our own society it can be found within the youths involved in sports and other recreational activities. Cooperation within students in schools as mentioned as an example, is practiced on a regular basis during group discussions and group presentations. But speaking about cooperation and society together, cooperation is very essential for society to continue grow stronger and a good living residence for
