As Plato said “Music is a moral law. It gives soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and charm and gaiety to life and to everything.” Music has the power to transform a circumstance depending of the context. Each of the musical genres that have existed over the years have serve as the voice of every generation: since baby boomers up to millennials, creating a point of reference for artistic, fashion or social trends.
Music could be said to be a human type of expression, having this in mind and seeing the continues worlds context changing, people are now forced to create different expressions for different points of view having “ancient types” or “classical ones” as the base for the newest creations.

Talking about 2000´s music there are many opinions about its impact on society, about that time, the presence of commercial music replaced the original genres like rock. Mass production of artist that couldn't even sing made insignificant the sense of creation and iconic legends became replaced by panthomims. This declaration talks a lot about our emerging superficial society that was only worried about the looks and more less on the content.Some of these pre-created artist are Disney stars, Justin Bieber and boybands.

What about now? Has our society progressed? Technology has not stopped innovating since it first appeared bringing new opportunities to men for creating different genres of music, the best example is electronic music.
