What makes a delicious and thoughtful present for loved ones? Homemade cookies is a great potential start. When I was in search of a perfect gift for that special someone, my grandmother-in-law gave me the idea of baking. She then proceeded to give me her favorite recipe of Lemon Supreme Cookies. The homemade cookies were a tasty success! Although the thought of baking lemon cookies from scratch may seem like too much work, following my quick and easy steps will not only be rewarding, but it will prove the process is simplistic.
The first step of this simple process is to insure all the ingredients and materials are obtained. To start off, turn on the oven and set it to Preheat at exactly 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, thoroughly mix all of the three ingredients in the large mixing bowl until it takes a dough-like form. Once the egg whites are at medium peaks, remove the bowl from the mixer and sift over the flour mixture a little at a time as you fold it together. When completely combined, transfer to a 10-inch ungreased angel food cake pan. Transfer to the oven and bake for 35 minutes.
