Many innumerable centuries have passed right before mankind's eyes. In those everlasting time periods, regimes and empires have risen and fallen. These regimes and empires came with the fundamental henchmen and supporters, so necessary that without these supporters these empires would have come crashing down. In Hitler's Nazi regime, his henchmen held him up and supported him. While he was in prison, his supporters kept growing in numbers until they reached a behemoth amount. Even after he rose to power, his henchmen continued to support him and never gave up in his beliefs. They managed their own affairs in their divisions that Hitler appointed them to, and directed orders that enlarged the Nazi regime even though they were not directed by Hitler. Among those close henchmen were Herman Goering, Hitler's faithful second in command and Erwin Rommel, a military genius. Hitler's faithful henchmen, Herman Goering and Erwin Rommel, amplified Hitler's influence throughout the world, by winning battles in at the warfront, by supporting him as he rose to power, and by, installing fear in other political opponents and enemies. Erwin Johannes Eugen Rommel was born in a humble home in Heidenheim an der Branz, a small town in southern Germany. He was born on the 15th night of November, in 1891, to his parents, Erwin Rommel (senior) and Helene von Luz. He was the second of four children from the Rommel family. As a young child, Rommel loved machines and engineering. It was said that, “he once bought a motorcycle, disassembled it, studied its parts and then reassembled it” (Simkin). The holocaust, a unique event of its own, was brought to the world. There were new warfare that were never used before. World War II was a war of its own, a war different from the others that preceded it. Though without military strategists like Erwin Rommel, Germany would never have been able to win over Northern Africa, a behemoth place, to take over. And without the Desert Fox, which the British and American feared, the Allied powers would not have to think twice about landing a counter attack. Without Hermann Goering, Hitler would never have been able to have the SA, a group that supported him throughout his rule and never gave up faith in him. These two people were the most influential and important henchmen of Hitler that led to the rise of Hitler and the Nazi empire.
