Hercules an epic hero with an epic story

Hercules the son of the great god Zeus is one of the best known gods of all the greek mythological heros. Hercules was known for his bravery, streangth, and adventuresome personality. Hercules had a mortal mother and a god as a father like most heros, and his mothers name was Alcmene. Hercules was a mortal at first but not any normal mortal he posesed super human streangth.

Hercules was the strongest heroes cause from his father Zeus he possesed super human streangth. Hercules was not only strong but a champion wrestler he even wrestled the great god Zues to a draw he was also an excellent marksman. It is said the Hercules could throw giant boulders like a pebels and he would push mountians if they ever blocked his cattle. He did all of these mortaly imposible taskes with ease and his curage showed termendously in times of need.

Hercules was sent on to do many labors and the most daring and thought to be immposable tasks its okay to say that Hercules is one of the bravest epic heroes.

When Hercules was just a child Hera who was a goddes was very jealous of Hercules cause Zeus his father cheated on Hera with many mortal women to pass on his great god genes and the more half gods the better off Greece would be. Zeus had an affair with another women name Alcmene which resulted in the birth of Hercules. Hera was so jealouse that she sent two snakes to kill Hercules when he was an infant but Hercules grabbed both snakes by the head an killed them. in Hearcules's adventures he defeated the Nemean Lion, Hydra, and the man killing Stymphalian Birds. Thoughout his labors he showed nothing but bravery, beacause any other mortal that would dare to even get near these foul creaturs would surely

die.

Hearcules was adventurous mostly beacause he was sent to do many taskes that requiar an adventurous, breave, and strong man. So he was up to the challange. Hera drove Hearcules insane, so insane that he killed his own children. As punishment for his horable crime he was sentenced to do a series of labors and tasks for his cusin Eurtheus, the king of Mycenae. On Hearcules's first task he was told to kill the Nemean Lion and he did with his bear hand by throttiling it to death. He then made a helmet out of its jaws and a cloak out of its skin. His second task was to kill Hydra while Eurtheus hide in a storage jar. But Hydra had many heads and one of them was immortal. Every time you cut off the immortal head two grow bake in its places and not to mention lethal breath. Hearcules defeated the beast but not alone, he had help from his nephew Lolaus.
