“Teachers affect eternity; no one can tell where their influence stops.” - Henry Brooks Adams. Starting at an early age of four, I could always see that my teachers had an abundant amount of passion for their students. In the first grade, I was put into a resource class mainly for my inchoate reading ability. I was always a little embarrassed that I couldn't be in the classroom at the same time as the other students. This changed as the years went by due to the relationship that my resource teacher built with me. Not only did she teach me how to read, she helped me understand why being able to read was so important. Some of the lifelong lessons she taught me were based on building my confidence, and showing me that i should never be ashamed
of who i am. She played a pivotal role in my learning experience. Over the years my personality changed, I developed character, and learned how to connect with other classmates. I learned this all by imitating my teacher and along the way I gained a lifelong role model. Through my experience as an older sister, I see the effects that an older figure can have on a child at any age. Through teaching, you get the everyday time that some students crave because of the low amount of attention they get elsewhere. I have seen that the ideas and lessons I learned from my mom, without evening meaning to, my sister has learned from me. The experience I gained in the few days of practicum that I had in an elementary special education class has only helped me to thrive more in my love for teaching. I learned how to effectively incorporate technology into the classroom that go along with an appropriate lesson and not as a time waster. This was fun because not only were the students learning about the world through a different screen but the teacher and I were also learning at the same time. I have also seen the importance of one on one lessons with students. Understanding the needs of your students and how to connect them with other students who are at the same level. The necessity to create lesson plans that every student in the class can comprehend. There was a long-term relationship built within the little bit of time that I had with the students. I think that teaching is worth the while because you never know whose live you’ll get to effect next.
Jefferson and Adams Thomas Jefferson and John Adams were both strong presidents who kept a stabile nation, but they differed in their methods of doing so. Adams was a federalist so he helped establish a stable government by focusing on forming a strong central government. Jefferson being a democrat-republican worked to establish stability in the US government by promoting state’s rights. They both worked for stability in different but successful ways.
JOHN ADAMS – A SHORT BIOGRAPHY HISTORY 1301 – U.S. HISTORY TO 1877 WHEN SEARCHING FOR THE MOST INFLUENTIAL PERSON DURING THE EARLY U.S. HISTORY, GEORGE WASHINGTON COMES TO THE FOREFRONT. INCIDENTLY, DUE TO THE GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION OF THE RESEARCH, THERE WAS INSUFFICIENT INFORMATION ON PEOPLE OR EVENTS ON HISTORY BEFORE 1877. TO MY SURPRISE, INFORMATION WAS LOCATED ON JOHN AND ABIGAIL ADAMS. JOHN AND ABIGAIL ADAMS SUPPOSIVELY HAD A WONDERFUL LIFE AND MARRIAGE TOGETHER. JOHN ADAMS SOMETIMES SEEMED TO BE A CONTRADICTING, RUDE AND OUTSPOKEN MAN, BUT AT OTHER TIMES PLAYFUL AND TENDER. ABIGAIL’S INTELLIGENT, CARING AND WITTY CHARACTER MADE UP FOR JOHN’S MANNERS, THEIR MARRIAGE SIGNIFIES THE POSITION IN WHICH A WOMAN WAS INVOLVED IN THE EVOLVING OF A GREAT MAN, FOR HER IMPORTANT FAMILY CONNECTIONS PROBABLY BENEFITED HIS CAREER. JOHN ADAMS WAS BORN IN 1735, BRAINTREE, MASSACHUSETTS TO JOHN ADAMS AND SUSANNA BOYLSTON. JOHN ADAMS WAS THE ELDEST OF THREE SONS. MR ADAMS WAS A DEACON AND FARMER (WHICH MEANT THE FAMILY WAS NOT WEALTHY). MRS ADAMS WAS BORN FROM ONE OF THE FIRST FAMILIES OF MASSACHUSETTS (THE BOYLSTON’S OWNED A LOT OF PROPERTY). JOHN ADAMS GRADUATED FROM HARVARD IN 1755. UPON GRADUATING, HE WAS OFFERED A JOB TO TEACH IN WORCHESTER. LIKE MOST BACHELORS, JOHN HAD NO INTEREST IN CHILDREN OR THE SLIGHTEST UNDERSTANDING OF THEM. BUT LIKE ANYONE HE ADAPTED TO THE SITUATION, PROBABLY BECAUSE HE HAD TWO YOUNGER BROTHERS. JOHN MARRIED ABIGAIL SMITH IN 1764. ABIGAIL WAS THE SECOND OF FOUR CHILDREN, BORN IN 1744.
Two Founding Fathers, John Adams and Thomas Jefferson, both discussed their views of aristocracy. The two disagreed on this subject, as they did on many others. In summary, Adams seemed to be more open to aristocracy, as long as it is controlled, while Jefferson rejected pseudo-aristocracy, he believed that natural aristocracy can and should be a result of government.
President John QuincyAdams served as the sixth President of the United States in 1824. John Quincy Adams was the son of former President John Adams. John Quincy Adams spent much of his youth accompanying his father overseas and also accompanied him in diplomatic missions. Benefitting from his fathers Presidential experience, John Q. Adams was able to gather, formulate, and practice the fundamentals of foreign policy. Through his presidential term he was able to negotiate European politics where freedom of the seas and freedom of commerce were slowly granted for the United States. I rate President John Quincy Adams average on his term of presidency. He had good intention, but the era was struggling financially. “It was also important to note
Adam Goodes is one of the most well known Australian Football Players of all time, for both his elite sporting skill which won him many important awards which led to achieving major milestones, or the controversy surrounding him because of the cultural barrier between Indigenous Australians and white Australians. Goodes actions sparked a uproar between the AFL fans, commentators and teams with some saying that he was in the right the whole time while others opposed him, even still to this day.
Thomas Jefferson and John Adams were the last living individuals from the first American progressives who had confronted the British people and manufactured another political group in the previous provinces. Then again, while they both trusted stock in vote based system and life, freedom and the quest for joy, their conclusions on the best way to accomplish these standards separated after some time. Later, serving two presidential terms, Jefferson and Adams each communicated to outsiders their appreciation the other and their longing to recharge their friendship. Adams was the first to end the hush; he sent Jefferson a letter around the time of new year’s, in which he wished Jefferson numerous great new years to come. Jefferson reacted with

The document we are writing about today is a letter from Abigale Adams to her son while he was traveling with his father, her husband, John Adams. I noticed a few things like, throughout the letter she uses many tones. In the first paragraph of the letter she sounds extremely worried and or concerned about his well-being throughout the duration of the trip especially during the sail across the sea.
Samuel Adams may have been the most radical person in American history. He is often called the original radical. At first glance, he appeared as a very disorganized and incompetent man. He often wore the same set of clothes for a few days straight without washing them. With further inspection, one would notice that he is a little more than he appears on the outside. Adams was a well-known American patriot, which was a leader of the resistance to British policy before the American Revolution. Later, he became active in Boston politics, eventually being elected to the legislative body of Massachusetts in 1765 where he assumed leadership of the movement in Massachusetts that advocated independence from Great Britain.
Teachers help us expand and open our mind by giving us skills throughout students’ early life to help students when they are older. By learning information from teachers, students become better people, in a couple of ways. Besides inquiring knowledge from their teachers, students learn to work with one another, open their mind to other peoples’ thoughts and ideas, respect one another, and learn different techniques for life’s issues.
When I look back to my young developing stages in life, I always ask myself where would I be today if it wasn’t for my teachers? Teachers are the ones who build our future generations. Preparing children and teens for higher education. Also playing a huge part in shaping children’s lives, enlightening them, and educating them about society and the world around them; the types of things that a parent doesn’t have time for, or just lacks the knowledge of. I think teachers are what help make this world go round.
In my life, my favorite teachers were always the ones who taught lessons inside and outside the classroom. They taught us about our past, our language and the world around us for tests and quizzes while also teaching us how to navigate through life with their lessons that weren’t needed for our grades. For me, I wanted to be that kind of person. I knew I wanted to help others when they needed help, and I knew I wanted to do that as a teacher.
Teachers serve as the guiding force in a student’s life. They are responsible for molding a student’s personality and shaping his/her mental orientation. Teachers deeply impact our lives and direct the course of our future. One cannot deny the influence of teachers in one’s life. In fact, it would not be an exaggeration to say that, till a certain age, out life revolves around our teachers. They are our constant companions, until we grow old enough to come out of their shadow and move ahead on our own.
Every teacher I had was encouraging, loving, and supportive of each student that they taught. If one student falls behind, the teacher makes extra sure to teach and re-teach the subject until it is understood. Once I entered the fifth grade and into middle and high school, each teacher that I had tried to be encouraging, loving, and supportive of their students; however, my teachers often had too many students to give the individual attention that so many children need. When I began to fall behind in certain subjects, my teachers tried to help but were often unable to teach and re-teach, because they had no choice but to continue on with their lesson plans. I continued to fall further and further behind; therefore, I had to spend many hours after school working on my homework problems with my parents.
When I was growing up, I remember attending elementary school, learning a new language seems to be difficult at first, but I was able to learn the English language because of the dedication of one of my teachers. Now, as I reflect on this experience, it is obvious that she was dedicated and enjoyed teaching her students to be successful. I know today that she made a difference in my life as I navigated through my education experience and high school years to present.
