The Magical World of Harry Potter The Harry Potter series is one of the most influential book series in the past decade. The series resolves around the experiences of a boy, Harry Potter in the wizarding school of Hogwarts and his battle against his mortal enemy. The story begins with Harry’s revelation of being a wizard at the age of eleven, and the discovery of his past. He learns that his parents were murdered by a Dark wizard named Lord Voldemort, when he was only a year old. But what makes Harry so special is the fact that when Voldemort had attempted to kill him too, something had saved him. Instead the curse had rebounded and Voldemort lost all his powers. Famed in the wizarding world as The Boy Who Lived, Harry embarks on a magical journey in his years at Hogwarts with his two friends Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. The first three books- Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, Harry Potter and the Chamber Of Secrets and Harry Potter and the Prisoner Of Azkaban- mostly lays down the details of the …show more content…

Death and fear start gripping the magical world, while the non-magical people are also affected by acts of terror caused by Voldemort and his followers. There is no simpler way of explaining this than saying that the story matures with Harry, revealing aspects of the story which now made the plot fit together like a wondrous jigsaw.
