G uardians of the Galaxy” contains all the excitement and adventure one would expect from a Marvel superhero movie, but the glue that holds this ragtag band of outlaws together is the humor. Clearly able to laugh at itself, rather frequently, the script pokes fun at both pop culture and a more universal style of comedy in the form of sight gags, physical slapstick, and verbal wittiness. The back-and-forth banter between the protagonists is often well-written and delivered with genuine exuberance by a commendable collection of capable actors.
“Guardians of the Galaxy” still suffers from the same elements that plague many superhero films, including uninspired antagonists and a heavy reliance on deus ex machinas. Plus, the looming presence of larger puzzle pieces waiting to be further utilized in subsequent installments or sequels to the various intermingling franchises stalls several sequences. But such setbacks can’t quash the fun or the impressive level of creativity flowing through everything from the character designs and action choreography to the pleasantly unusual employment of classic rock ‘n’ roll-steeped ambiance.

It’s to a great enough extent that the smart dialogue seems to override the annoying disregard for physics (expectedly forfeited for striking poses, slow-motion, and futuristic tech), the showdown-procrastinating tactics (themselves spiked with wordiness), and the hopelessly contrived scenarios that come to the rescue when nothing more believable can alleviate tragedy. At times. it might be considered too much humor, but it’s effectively used in a disorienting manner that outshines Iron Man’s comic relief ramblings. The notable soundtrack nicely complements these breaks to heighten the familiarity of humanness absent from the
Throughout the film, the audience is also exposed to many different comical scenes. Many situations and even dialogue are humorous. For example, one of the three killers sleeps with a Teddy Bear. Additionally, Nobody calls Blake a “stupid fucking white man.” This is funny purely because it is not something that would be expected from his character.
Satirical humor entertains the audience so that the people appeal some jokes and comic ideas more enjoyable to visualizes. Satire demonstrates something very safe and also not very cynical to the society. Sometimes, satire can misunderstand people that some people find it's an insult to the politics.Satirical humor can also be a tool to communicate people, so people can learn and get involved more about issues in politics. There are some people like comedians that expresses satirical humor in politics. Also, some comedy shows that expresses political satire. For example, some of the famous comedians that I found funny in satirical humor will be James Colbert, Jimmy Fallon, and Jon Stewart; they also host their satirical shows: The Colbert
When you watch this movie you will experience a live action comic book. A movie critic by the name of Amy Nicholson said “A 112-minute entertainment contraption -- celluloid that shapeshifts its frames into video games, comic books and sitcoms”(Nicholson 1). These three things are put into the movie perfectly from health meters to fight being put on the screen like you are playing street fighter. Putting in words for sound effects like “thonk” or “bam” just as you would see in comic books. The effects are put in just perfectly, not to much and not to less.
These lighthearted moments never feel like they are slowing the film’s momentum or bringing the thrills to a halt, but merely providing an interlude for moviegoers to catch their proverbial breath. Grant, especially, does a good job with this, adding wit to the proceedings without ever minimizing the severity situation.
Mad Magazine, The Simpsons, Saturday Night Live. In our society, satire is among the most prevalent of comedic forms. This was not always true, for before the 18th century, satire was not a fully developed form. Satire, however, rose out of necessity; writers and artists needed a way to ambiguously criticize their governments, their churches, and their aristocrats. By the 18th century, satire was hugely popular. Satire as an art form has its roots in the classics, especially in the Roman Horace's Satires. Satire as it was originally proposed was a form of literature using sarcasm, irony, and wit, to bring about a change in society, but in the eighteenth century Voltaire, Jonathan Swift and William Hogarth expanded satire to include politics, as well as art. The political climate of the time was one of tension. Any criticism of government would bring harsh punishments, sometimes exile or death. In order to voice opinions without fear of punishment, malcontented writers turned to Satire. Voltaire's Candide and Swift's Modest Proposal are two examples of this new genre. By creating a fictional world modeled after the world he hated, Voltaire was able to attack scientists, and theologians with impunity. Jonathan Swift created many fictional worlds in his great work, Gulliver's Travels, where he constantly drew parallels to the English government.
Steven Spielberg claims that the comic book adaptations will one day soon go the way of the Western, while Zack Snyder referred to Ant-Man as a "flavour of the month" when compared to the state of being popular of Batman and Superman.

Everybody in this world is there own person it is up to that person to act like someone else or to copy that person.Dave Berry hyperbole “Live Right and find Happiness” is a low comedy that uses witty wordplay and sarcasm to show the universal truth about being yourself also to just be a nice person.
Who doesn’t love a dynamic hero? Who doesn’t snicker when it comes to reading something funny? Who doesn’t feel their hearts racing when the villain is so close?
The film is still largely enjoyable. Oscar-worthy cinematography and an attempt at deeper thinking, accompanied by Gosling’s superb acting, make a film that stands up to further scrutiny, with a tight, reasonable plot better than the majority of modern sci-fi that, in the end, justifies its runtime, despite its pitfalls.
The latest Captain America movie Captain America: Civil War brought in over 1.132 billion dollars USD after its release in 2016. However, it may not just be the fight sequences and new superheroes that brought fans to the theatre. This movie’s backdrop of political commentary shows how the actions of real governments can reflect or influence the actions of fictional governments, such as the Superhero Registration Act in Captain America: Civil War which had a large impact on different superheroes’ actions. Political issues such as American based forces acting in other countries, the heavily debated ideologies of security versus individual freedom, and the recent polarization of American politics all take center stage in this superhero movie.
The idea of comrades-in-arms struggling against tyranny has long been a mainstay of fiction and folklore. The Guardians of the Galaxy carry this tradition into the 31st century, where human civilization has fallen under the dominion of the Badoon, a hostile race of sentient alien reptiles. A disparate group of freedom fighters from points across the solar system and beyond unites to combat the Badoon. Charlie-27, a human who has been genetically enhanced with increased strength and endurance to withstand the rigours of life in a Jupiter colony, returns from off-world duty to discover his Jovian home overrun by Badoon forces. He teleports to Pluto and encounters that world’s only survivor, Martinex, a crystalline human who was genetically altered
In addition, humor presents itself in multiple ways, especially with the diction. The characters speak in
The movie ‘The Descendants’, directed by Alexander Payne, uses humour throughout the film to distract the viewer from the seriousness and the misery that Matt and his daughters are going through. The film contains serious and emotional topics such as land ownership, human relationships and euthanasia. However the director uses comedy throughout the film to help the viewer understand the complexity of the situation that Matt and his daughters are going through while still making the movie enjoyable. I think that the director careful use of comedy through the film is extremely effective in setting a consistent tone of real life humour while still developing a sense of stress and sorrow that isn't overwhelming to the viewer.
