For example, American’s high security and stability around its borders has resulted in free trade, increased innovation, and many other developments. Also, the United States has managed to protect its citizens against both internal and external threats. For example, some of the internal threats that it has significantly reduced include discrimination and corruption. According to (Kim & Lee, 2017), distrust of government is often related to how citizens feel concerning the current state of the country. One of the reasons attributed to the increasing distrust involves the reduction of the moral health of the society.
