Introduction A government consists of institutions responsible for making collective decisions for society. More narrowly, government refers to the top political level within such institutions. Governance, by contrast, refers to the process of making collective decision, a task in which government may not play a leading, or even any role. There are many things that the government do such as transfer of resources, subsidies with strings attached, regulations, and development and administration. Democracy word is a combination between “demos” which means people and “kratia” implies rule in Greek roots. Democracy is simple which is the rule by the people. The building normally managed by a management team, residents have to pay monthly/yearly installments for the fee. The management team that has been paid monthly/yearly will make a decision on how to improve all the facilities in the building. For example, they have to repainting the buildings, to add more parking spaces, to think the best way of collecting rubbish and so on. All complains made by residents will be addressed to residents’ association to solve the problems. In this situation, we can see that management team has similar character to a Cabinet and the residents’ association as Parliament because they represent the …show more content…

This is similar to parliamentary whereas they perform the check and balance function in the government.
The check and balance system is a separation of power whereas every group and branch shared the same power. That means there will not be any groups or branches of government can have exclusive control. As an example, UK government is divided into three branches which is executive, legislature, and judiciary. The three branches have their own powers to check other branches action. The Prime Minister is the head of executive body and he/she shall appoint ministers to his/her cabinet. This system is simply was made to control certain amount of powers each of the branches.
The Cabinet is a committee which has both political and executive functions. The work of the Cabinet is affected by two outstanding conventions of the British constitution: ministerial responsibility and collective
